If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I have had the worst experience with this location. I came to the store to purchase a new iPhone 7 plus. I chose the "pay to upgrade" option where I paid them $75 (plus taxes of new phone) and handed in my previous phone to them under the impression that they would be shipping it back to AT&T for me and my new phone would arrive in the mail in one weeks time. Doing this forced me to go home with no phone for one week and no other option, but I agreed because it was the most affordable option. Lauren Honeycutt (cashier) & Julian Reyes (manager) made it VERY clear that I could not take my current phone home and ship it in when my new phone arrived. I didnt think anything of it at that time. I assumed it was the policy. My phone arrived a week later, no problem there. But then I got an email saying they had not received my old phone yet and I would be billed $150 because of this. I then called this location back and the manager Julian assured me he would be shipping the phone before the end of the month. The end of the month came and guess what, we got charged the $150. Called the store back yet again to discover the manager AND the cashier I worked with both no longer worked there. To top it off there was no "paper trail" that I handed my phone in. So basically, one of them took it. Kept it, sold it, whatever they did. It was illegal and is currently under investigation. I cannot advise people enough to not go to this store. It is so poorly and unprofessionally ran. Stay away.

I went into this store with a huge bill problem. I was told that I would have free internet for a month on all of my cell phones by another location. Needless to say, we all used it all month long and to our surprise our bill was enormously high! Linnette a representative there greeted me with a smile, listened to my problems and assured me that she would help fix the problem. She allowed me to go home amd handled the problem all called me back with my new balnace of $89.00 versus $560.00. I was extremely impressed with the staff there and the store was very clean and organized unlike some locations I have been in. I will not go anywhere else!! This store and their staff is wonderful!!

Terrible. There was only 1 person working here. When I came, there was only one other guest there. The person working didnt even say hi, knowledge my presence, or even tell me a ball park of how long he would be with that guest.
