If I could do a negative 10 star I would! This is by far the worst customer service ever!!!!! The sales guy Doug handed us our phones never showed us anything set up or nothing. Because we didnt want to purchase att internet he was done with us. This man should not be working with the public. He even went as far as tp say his goal was to make my 2 year old grand daughter cry!! And I have also contacted att corporate offices about his nastiness. Avoid this place! Go to s. Orlando drive location. Its just a few miles difference and the service is awesome. I had to go to that location to finish set up on my phones.

I needed to add another phone to my plan and as I want happy with the coverage of my current provider, I went to AT&T to see if it would be cost effective to switch. Marcus listened to my situation, looked for a plan that would best fit my needs and walked me thru consolidating my phones into one plan. It was a very pleasant experience that gave me five times the data and added a line for less than what my current carrier could offer with only half the data. Marcus was extremely patient and provided a high level of customer service.

I wish I could give this less than one star. Was duped into paying more than expected for a phone, and when I went to this store to address the addition to my bill, I was met with an arrogant staff member named Doug. Rather than helping and walking me through what went wrong, he instead came right out of the gate with a bad attitude and condescending statements. By far the worst customer service experience Ive had at this store and will no longer be doing business with them.

Sign and Web sight say they close at 9pm. Show up at 8:40pm Walk in, manager asks, what I need, tell him, tech support says I need a new sim card. He glances at my phone and says, all my Sims are locked in the safe and it locked automatically at 8:30. I asked why do you say you are open til 9pm, when you really close at 8:30? The Manager preoceed to become rude after telling me I could come back tomorrow morning and I told him I had work in the morning.

AT&Ts whole retail business model sucks. You stand around and wait for 30-45 minutes. Thats after I made an appointment for late afternoon. If you make an appointment be prepared to stand around for awhile. Inadequate seating area, staff is rude until theyre actually with you. Switching to Verizon asap!

Ive been calling them for 30 mins. No one answers the phone. Terrible. Called a Verizon store to ask a question and got an associate first time. This is a corporate store location too... ANSWER YOUR PHONES.

Walked in no one even asked if they could assist me. When I did ask they told me someone would be right with me and then another customer walked in and one of there associates assisted them before me.
