I have worked at this company and the disrespect from the managers is abominable. The manager from the Sanford Seminole Towne Center Mall had very a cocky attitude and is so partisan that he wouldnt work with me on my schedule like he said he would and I was there for just over a year and he told me I was going to get paid more than what I was at the time because every person after me came in and made more than me and I asked him later down the road if he checked and was seeing what he could do... I then called his supervisor. The manager lied straight to my face. The managers carelessness is abominable as well. His supervisor told me that he walked in one day and asked him how 25 LCD screens went missing and all the manager could do was shrug his shoulders and say I dont. The Manager also said I dont get along with anybody, but I talked to a woman from one of the stores in the mall and she said that her and I dont have any problems when she comes to the store to the store. I have also been super nice to the customers and yet somehow the manager still doesnt see that. The place is a mess and smells disgusting in the back. If I were a customer and I knew all this stuff before hand I would have NEVER go there in the first place. Not to mention that the repairs for Samsung and other android devices are highly overpriced. Im not going to pay two to almost five hundred dollars to fix a phone screen. I would rather go to insurance and pay for a refurbished phone. Instead of spending that much money on the screen! The manager also cant seem to keep employees. He has had 3 other plus me since Ive been there plus more even before I was there.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged me $300 for a screen and back camera fix, with that kind of cost I was expecting a decent repair job. Boy was I wrong! Over the course of three stops to the shop and they still couldnt correct their problems, the first time they replaced my screen and ordered the back camera. The screen wasnt properly placed so the light would shine through on the sides where the home button is. When I went back in for my camera to be fixed I told them about it and they said theyd fix it and told me it would take an hour, it ended up taking them 3 and a half hours and not only did they not fix my screen but they lost the piece to my camera! They misplaced the piece and put plastic in replace of it until the next "order" came in. The last time I went in, I was expecting just a simple camera fix (I gave up on the screen at this point). They took my phone and said theyd have it done in an hour, when I came back they gave me my phone and told me to have a nice day. It wasnt until I was home that I took a closer look to my back camera and saw all the scratches and dents on the lense! I couldnt focus on anything and everything is completely foggy. I never knew service could be so horrible! I ended up ordering the camera piece on the Internet for 5 dollars and having my boyfriend fix it (its an easy job, I dont know how they messed it up so horribly) but as for my screen- Im still stuck with the mistakes.

I would give it zero stars but wont let me. I will never come back to this place. Dropped my daughter iPod off for repair and when I returned to pick it up the touch screen did not fit flush. When I asked about it they did not really have answer.. Just told me to keep it in an impact proof case. Also the home button didnt work. When I dropped it off it was working and the guy marked that it was working. When I picked it up it was changed to not working.(FYI if you are going to change the paperwork use the same color ink) They finally offered to have the repair guy look at it again when I refused to except it. One week later the pixals are starting to go and they told me its not covered under the warranty that I caused it. Dont give a warranty if you are not willing to stand behind it. Dont waste your time or money!!!!

While the very simplistic repair was excellent the customer service was a little rude. I took my phone there to clean out the charger hole full of lint. Ive been there before 2 years ago with different representatives at the front desk with the same issue and they simply cleaned it up no questions asked with great customer service. Today when I asked to just clean the lint because I plan on buying a new phone in the fall, the 2 young men were very rude and tried to be smart with me to sell labor time and part replacement. A simple task that takes 13 seconds is not worth 45$ of labor time. Like I said repairs are excellent but customer service is rude and they want to make you look stupid.

This place does okay work when there is someone there that can actually do the screen repair. Ive had my screen fixed here twice already, so when my toddler used my phone as a trampoline on Saturday i went in on Sunday to have the screen fixed. The young man that works there told me he couldnt fix my phone and that i would have to come back tomorrow when his manager is there to have it fixed. Well, i went back today and the manager had already went home for the day and he again is telling me to come back tomorrow. Why would you hire someone at a phone repair place that cant repair a phone?

One of the worst places ive ever been. They knew my phone was bent then continued to take my $100 and say they could fix it. After the screen was placed on and i left the store, the screen started to lift and i put a case on and cracked the whole screen. Went back to get it fixed and said oh its not our fault we didnt know it was bent(they said they could fix it) and wouldnt help us at all. the guy kept making excuses up and said there was nothing, but yet he took my money no problem. Never will i go back and no one else should.

Fast, efficient service at a good price. Have brought a couple of phones in for repair and they always work quickly and the phones have worked when theyre done. I would highly recommend having them look at your broken phone before replacing it. (4-15-16) Just a quick update - my son complained the touch was not working right. Took it back in - no questions asked, they fixed it immediately. Love when a business takes care of a customer. Will be back for all of our phone repairs. Thanks iFixit!

I went in two weeks ago and the guy was very friendly and my phone was done in 30mins. There was a chip in the screen and i was told that it would be replaced as well as the tempered glass screen protector. When I went back in (this time with my boyfriend) the same guy helped me. His attitude was very different, and when I picked my phone up the tempered glass protector was not replaced. When I pointed it out they refused to replace it.
