Went in to upgrade our phones early, we realized that we had to buy the payoff amount of the phones plus the activation cost of the new ones. Nick helped us though the entire process until there was a glitch in the system and we could only get 1 of 2 phones and had to come back to Upgrade the other. 5 days later...were happy with our phone and service. I highly recommend going on I see Nick or Chris.

Marc was a polite, courteous young man. Although he wasnt able to replace my sons phone on the spot due to warranty policy, he was very helpful in advising my son & I on how to expedite the process in getting a replacement. Very nice & attentive salesperson. I would definitely recommend going to him.

Literally just talked to a girl at the store on Old Moutrie n she wasnt paying any attention to what I was trying to talk to her about because she was too busy talking to someone else. Her customer service was absolutely horrendous!!! NEVER will I go there again!!!!!

Went to the store about a week ago and this dude Marc helped me. Probably one of the best experiences with Verizon Ive had yet. He wasnt pushy and helped me find a plan I was comfortable with pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend asking for marc

Very busy but still had service relatively quick. Some items not available to test, surprising especially just before holiday. Notably the Samsung VR system, especially when they are pushing a add on package which includes this.
