Do not go there at all! They promise you promotions when signing up with them and then you wait for your promotion and it never arrives because they dont tell you important information you need to fill out before you can get the promotion! Honestly the worst Ive ever had and then when you call to your gift card not arriving they say "sorry it is out of the window and you are not getting the promotion". They trick you into thinking you are getting the money and then you dont get anything. Terrible service.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone, found out I was being charged for something I asked to be removed months before. The employees told me they couldnt do anything. I was trying to upgrade my phone, add a line and buy accessories for the phone, but ended up leaving and taking $300 cash I was willing to spend to another company. I do not recommend going to this location or using t mobile for service. This type of business is unacceptable.

Went there to switch over, but only two employees on the floor while other one was no where to be found in the back. Then was approached by one representative and she said i would be helped next and someone else was instead once the other guy came from the back room. Waited there for another 15 minutes and still was not helped. Was there for about 25 minutes without being helped.

Terrible experience. Ive been here numerous times to either upgrade a phone or look at phones. They try extremely hard to sell and upsell rather than help you. I recommend taking an extra 10-15 minutes and driving to the location in Altamonte; the waits are higher, but the employees are more willing to actually help and not just sell.

Bad customer service. Needed a quick simcard swap. Was running behind. Called 10 minutes before store closed, no answer. I show up at 8;01. 2 reps in the store, one with a customer. I knock on the door, signal it will take 5 minutes, they refuse to take care of me. Wait at the door staring at them, and they just ignore me.

Shysters. These guys always will upsell you even if you go in there for service or an exchange. They also offer things that are bends in the truth and will get you sucked into BS. I confirmed this by customer care. Go to another location!

We went in to solve an issue with billing and they didnt seem very keen on helping with the problem. They just instructed us to call customer service. He was in fact very pushy on changing our current contract.
