Very important: Avoid purchasing phones from this store at Metro PCS 918 Sr 436, Casselberry FL 32707. I went yesterday (9/24/2016 at 5: 45 pm) because the phone I purchased from them froze and it wasnt doing anything ( It stopped working.) The phone was in an extremely good shape but Geovani H. ( the guy working at the store) said because it has a tiny scratch on the screen, he wasnt going to process the return under the still guarantee. I though it was a joke and asked if he was serious or if he was just kidding? He said he was serious. Long story short... I left the store and stopped at two(2) different MPC stores and showed my phone to them and I told them what this guy said to me about no processing a return because of the little scratch on the screen. They were laughing so hard because they think it was ridiculous that this guy picked that as an excuse to NOT TO PROCESS MY RETURN. Long story short: I lost my money and had to buy another cellphone. Be CAREFUL and DO NOT BUY cellphones or do any kind of BUSINESS with this store unless you want to lose your patience and money. The people at this store just want you to buy a cellphone from them but as soon as you walk out that door... you are on your own. Please be aware and do not do business with this store at all. Lets show to them that a GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE is very important for we the customers!

PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! SPENT $800 for a phone, last year $700. They ordered the wrong color even though I expressed which one I wanted several times. They promised they would make it right by ordering a case and tempered glass. I was told by Andrew that he would call me once items were ordered. Never called! Went there 2 times, Never called me back either times. Finally found him there, he had ordered the cheapest case he could find and no tempered glass. Although the *clipboard* had my name with both items promised to me, he told me its not accurate. YET THERE IT WAS IN WRITING. BE CAREFUL with this Authorized Dealer named ELITE and stay away from this employee Andrew! Never shop there again!
