Dustin is a life saver. I have been with Verizon for years upon years and after issue after issue from corporate in Oviedo and by UCF, this rep has kept me as a customer. I always get the best deal and everything is explained and literally written down in plain English to avoid the confusion that corporate tries to push against their customers. My plans are organized and I know Im not getting screwed. He makes everything so easy, I dont have to worry about going to a store and sitting there for hours to wheel and deal through contracts and plans and paper work. I tell him what I want, he organizes it, I show up, sign, and leave. This is how easy it should be! The other day my friend told me that hes been fighting corporate for a credit he was promised over 5 months ago. I contacted Dustin, we sat down, and Dustin gave us over an hour of his time just to figure out and solve this mess. Whenever a friend of mine has an issue with Verizon, I tell them who to call. Thank you for being a loyal employee to keep me a loyal customer.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store to upgrade Phone for my entire family. We were pleasantly greeted by Conlin Novak. This young man was phenomal. Not only were we able to upgrade our phone, addiornaly he put us in a plan that works better for our family. Conlin was professional, and at the same time made the experience enjoyable. My family can be quite a bit to handle at times and Conlin did a fantastic job of ensuring he kept us entertained while we completed the transaction. We are so thankful for his outstanding customer service and his high level of professionalism. Conlin also possesses the ability to mesh with a diverse client base. Thanks again Conlin for making a situation that is usually frustrating and turning it into a positive and enjoyable one. So I went in to grab a charger because I lost mine and I needed one on such a super-last-minute-quick notice! Luckily, I remembered that I had Dustin Lakatos business card in my wallet while I was looking for some cash. Thank freaking goodness for him because I contacted him asking if there was any way I could get just a simple replacement charger that was the exact same one as I had before I lost it, and he told me that it was no problem! He set up a time good for both of us to be at the store, had a replacement to buy set aside for me, and was extremely polite, helpful, and snappy about it! Long story short, I went in at the designated time, got my charger, and got out in less than 3 minutes. How amazing is that? I honestly dont know of anyone better to have handled my service and product as quickly, efficiently, and politely as well as Dustin did.

The experience at the Cellular sales store compared to the Verizon corporate stores is a huge difference. Cellular Sales treats you a lot better not looking at you as just another sale they treat you like a person making sure you get what you want with no stress. The staff is amazing and always extremely helpful, they look out for whats best for the customer. Trust me if you need something done with your Verizon phone or plan whether it be adding a line, becoming a new customer, getting a new phone, or any troubles visit a Cellular Sales store, they actually care what you want not like the corporate stores unfortunately. thank you to the great staff there and finally not making my visit with Verizon a nightmare and making me want to stay with Verizon.

I had an issue with my LG G3 phone. Was told an error message that my phone was overheating every time I tried to take video, as well as the battery physically becoming hot to the touch. I was out of my factory warranty for the battery and LG didnt have them either. I had been to two other Verizon stores and both times was unable to reach help after only a 2 minute conversation and no checking the system for stock. I came here and Augusto not only got me my battery, but worked very diligently for over an hour to help my situation and even get me into a new device. I live in Altamonte springs about a 1/4 mile away from the closest store to me, but I will be going out of my way each time from now on to come to casselberry to receive my help from now on.

I want to say thanks. Dino was great with his care and service. Thursday, the day before Matthew hit Florida, my phone stopped working. As I went to the store, it looked closed but I stuck my head in and Dino asked what was up. He assessed my problem and tried to fix my phone which was broken. He put off going home to prepare for the storm and worked on my problem. He gave me a loaner phone, set it up and all was well. When my replacement phone came in, I took it to him and about 15 minutes later it was good to go and I was a happy and satisfied customer. Dino went far above good service to excellenf, along with kindness in a difficult situation. I am beyond happy with his commitment and care to this customer.

Do not apply. This company lied to many of their employees regarding compensation and among other things. They have commission with a draw and they make silly excuses to house your sales. They have you go to Casselberry every week, sometimes 2-3 in a week, for "training", silly meetings (email works fine) and 5star (where you call clients) and it is not paid. The managers are not qualified and administration does not give a flute about their employees. This is a commission sales but they are loosing their best men. Good luck for the future! Plus they change the pay day every so often. It is sooooo stressful because I have to pay extra fee for being late on my rent because I didnt get my check when it was promised! :(

Do not go to this store!!!!!! Colin lied to me & had me buy a new phone when it wasnt necessary. When I called to complain about the awefulvservice I received bigot no response. i specifically said I didnt want my bill over $130.....its is almost $170. As a single mother of three that is more than my budget can handle. By the time I got my first bill it was too late. Lastly, they were filing my rebate. It was never received by Verizon and I was out another $200. Again no response from management at the store. I was lied to and swindled out of almost $1000. Do not make the same mistake I did find anothe store.

Michael was fantastic...I wanted a car window mount for my tablet and phone. He showed me the Scosche magic mount which is wonderful, however it does not have a flexible arm nor does it have a swivel on the magnet. This is crucial for clients that do not have room on the dashboard of their car. Please create a window mount w/flex arm or swivel magnet ASAP or you will see us on SHARK TANK!!!!
