Did not have a good experience here. I went here with a custom built computer after it suddenly wouldnt turn on suddenly. I explained that out of the 4 essential pieces of hardware (motherboard, CPU/Fan, power supply, RAM) I had already tried swapping them out to isolate the problem. The only thing I was not able to swap was the CPU. I figured they would have one on hand to test. I called the next day where they told me that all they have tested so far is the Motherboard, Power Supply, and RAM. I thought that was strange, considering that is exactly what I told them I myself tried, but thought maybe they really did do the same tests but were planning on testing the CPU next. They call me the day after saying the problem was the motherboard. Considering I swapped it out for a brand new one already, I was skeptical. They said the only other thing could be the RAM, but asked if I could bring one in to test, which surprised me. I asked if they at least checked the CPU, but they told me that they dont have one on hand. When I finally went over to pay, they charged me $30. I left pissed. Later on, I went to somebody else for a second opinion where they diagnosed it WAS the CPU. Then I had a realization. If the problem really WAS the motherboard, then when they swapped it out (as they told me they did) they would have seen it still didnt work. So my question is, what did they even test? Just the Power Supply? Terrible. Complete waste of my time. The only positives Ill give is that the staff was nice, and they refunded me pretty easily. Im sure they do decent screen repair jobs, but Im not a fan of their hardware repair services. Would not recommend.

I took my phone there to get my screen fixed. I paid $300 and waited a whole 7 days to get it back. Once I received my phone, the menu button was not working and the back of my phone was shattered. They apologized and offered to fix it for free. Then I waited a whole week for that. Once they fixed it and I picked it up, the return button was broken. Again, I had to wait. Now for the third time I brought my phone in to get fixed, and they tell me its scratched due to repairing and there is nothing they can do about that or the dead pixel that is now on my screen. Would not use this service again. Im very disappointed with their work and customer service.

This shop was able to fix my phone in a matter of a few days. After months of me going back and forth between different stores and my own phone service provider these guys were the only ones who were able to fixed my phone and let it take/make phone calls again. I am so happy now that I am able to call people and get phone calls. If your phone, tablet, or anything is having problems, I highly recommend this shop.

Omran was very helpful! My mac had major liquid damge but he worked very hard and although it was not fixable he provided amazing customer service and worked with me to not only retrieve my files but get me a fair price for my broken macbook air. I would definitely recommend because fixstop cares about their customers and omar is a genuinely nice guy.

The associate was very kind and patient. He explained exactly what would need to be repaired, the cost and how long it would take for the repair. My phone was back in service within a short amount of time ..... ~1 hour because a few other repairs were scheduled in line before mine. I will certainly use them again if and when needed! Several keys on my laptop stopped working and I was told the entire keyboard would need to be replaced. I was quoted up to $200 and 6 weeks (!!!) to get it fixed. Hassan at fixstop was able to do it for $100 in 5 days. He actually called me only 4 days after I dropped it off. I would go here again. Thank you!

Got my screen replaced in 30 min. Free diognosis of my phone. The screen replacement only took 30 min. and i did not have to make any appointment. Just walk in and walk out again. The people working in the store are very friendly. I definitely recommend this shop to other people.

Professional and first rate. Repairs an iPhone 6 broken glass screen perfectly. The offered to do it during a 20 minute wait but I left it over night. It was ready when I arrived. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

Best place ever. They diagnosed my laptop for free, the staff was really nice and friendly. Best Buy charges 69.99 for diagnostic, so I look online and found this place, they have one on Chickasaw and on Alafaya.
