I just wanted to say that it was a real pleasure to visit this store ..From the time I walked in several weeks ago until now with a magnitude of different events that took place trying to get my new iPhone 7plus... I was treated with the up most respect and the employees there are very in tune to what you have to say and work diligently to make it all good for you before you leave...My experience with one particular employee named Justin Dopp was as good as it gets ...knowledge along with a great personality goes along way in my books ...considering I have owned my own and help to manage businesses for over 18yrs... This is very clean and well run store I would and will recommend to all my family and friends...I wish more stores could get it together as well as they have and truly it would be a good day in paradise every time you have to go see them..God Bless and keep up the good work its paying off in many ways.

Non biased review Really great store, even if your not looking to by from here they will help you out, great staff and actually know what theyre doing, I there more human than your average salesman, great prices and deals, love how the payment options benefits the buyer, only thing I didnt like when I purchased my phone here ( didnt plan on making a purchase when I went in but found out I could afford it ) was at the end when I thought I was done I had to pay the taxes for the phone up front and they didnt mention that at all before, I wouldnt have minded if I had that money on me, also also if you pay with cash ( I will never have a bank card or credit card) you have to have exact change for your purchases, I personally dont mind being out a few cents because I hate carrying change but thats still losing more money than you would going to Walmart

I came into this store this Tuesday with a large cellphone equipment problem. The sale rep nicely and professionally took care of my problem. He walked me step by step through troubleshooting the program on the phone. When, it did dont work. he tactfully walked me and wrote all the instructions I would need to replace my phone by calling Verizon. On Saturday another of their wonderfully professional rep help me setup the new phone and pack the old one for return. I WOULD RECOMMEND the DeLand store to ANY ONE. 12/22/16 Great Customer Support I went to the Deland store today and the support was out of this world. Fast, efficient and over all wonderful. A must go for your cellular needs. See Louis, for all your needs.

I got lied too about my phone bill when I signed a new verizon contract and got ripped off on insurance because the sales guy lied about what I was buying and I didnt read the fine print. Verizon corporate was able to help cancel some of this after I complained, but I still paid a lot of extras I could never use and am also still stuck in a terrible contract with verizon for the next 2 years because the sleazy sales guys at this location lied and screwed me over while signing me up for the most expensive verizon contract possible. This is not a Verizon corporate store. Its an outside retailer that uses predatory tatics to make commision. Do not go here.

After an unpleasant 2 months with Total Wireless (inept impossible customer service) my wife and I returned to Verizon. The Deland store was our closest, and was where we met a service rep named Sam, who was over the top great to deal with! He found a plan that suited us to a "T", fixed some issues with our iPhones, and was funny and pleasant the entire time. I found him to be extremely competent technically and appreciated how easily and quickly he ported our phones back to Verizon. Found out later many of our friends depend on Sam for their upgrades or fixes too. Everyone in the store was cordial and helpful and I would recommend them.

The DeLand, FL Verizon store has been excellent to do business with. Ive always been greeted as I enter and the store is pleasant and comfortable. I recently bought a tablet from Dennis Benveniste. He was knowledgeable about his products and persevered until he explained all aspects of the tablet. Today I had another good experience with Jaime Escobar who helped me trade tablets and all of the paperwork (computer) that goes with it - plus explaining everything to an elderly lady in terms I could understand. Jaime is very personable, knowledgeable and patient! I appreciate the efforts of these young men.

This is the second time I have dealt with Alex in person in the office and he does a fantastic job his professional he is smart hes helpful and he can almost read my mind as to what I need to have taught to me hes very patient and teaches me well I appreciate his service expertise. he does a fantastic job his professional he is smart hes helpful and he can almost read my mind as to what I need to have taught to me. Everything started out fine but I got screwed on the promotion...was promised a 300$ bill credit for trading in my old phone. I never received the "promo code" needed and when I called to ask, was told by Ryan that the promo was over and too bad, he cant help me and I shouldve called sooner to let him know I never received the code. He suggested I call customer service so I did and they are working it out for me, but I will never go back to this store, nor will anyone I like.

I came to the store to get my phone fixed since no one knows how to help me. My rep was extremely helpful with getting it fixed also gave me a loaner until my warranty comes in. Such a gentleman he offered a tablet and I can use it to make calls and texts in the meantime. I was offered something that l could use other then being sold something that I dont need just to make a sale. I will always be back to see him with any issues and future business

Absolutely loved this store! I walked in and was instantly greeted by Sam, who was just amazing. I was team Apple for years and decided to give LG and Android another shot and so far I absolutely love it! I would recommend this store to anyone interested in getting a new phone. Thanks again Sam for not only being so helpful, but for truly caring that I was happy with the phone I got even if that meant taking time to go over all of my concerns!

I have had exceptional customer service with my representative, Charles De Sousa. He helped me replace a phone that had a cracked screen, and he keeps me up to date with all the latest specials that I may be interested in. He listens to what I tell him is important for my cellular needs, and he has always delivered on what he says he is going to do. He is a full service representative, and he treats you as if you are the only customer he has.
