If I could rate no stars I would! Nothing but problems with these people. They over charged us on our bill. They made the mistake but never took responsibility for it. Even though its being corrected just man up and say it was your fault. We were stuck in the store for 2 days. I tried to take my business somewhere else but because they talked me into trading my sprint phone they wouldnt give it back. Even though I never left the store it was still the beginning of our transactions. Everything that could have gone wrong did. They are not friendly or trustworthy. If you want a phone I would definitely go ANYWHERE else! Wish I had but we were from out of state. Next time Ill research better.

Negative - 5 stars. Absolutely horrible. Between them and customers service I dont know whos worse . had they originally quoted prices correctly, the store could have made a better profit and I wouldnt be in the situation Im in. For a communication company neither one communicates with each other and you get screwed. Bad. All they want is your money and dont want to help you fix any issue at all. They reimbursed me $20.00 for a unsuccessful road trip to the store that left me with no anwsers at all to the issues, and 6 hours I spent on the phone with them. Dont go here. Seriously. They are that bad.

So glad I decided to go to the Sanford store by the mall! Talked to some gel head kid that had me at roughly 550 to trade in my old phones for new ones. Trying to decide if i was getting bent over or not and with music screaming in my right ear I decided to call Jacky at the Sanford location and found the phones I wanted were in stock there. So now at the Sanford location for 210 and I got a FREE Verizon tablet that was not in any way attached to my data plan. Hmmm. Shop around before you make your purchase seemed to fit in this situation for sure.

Got to store at 8:01 pm dor is locked with customer inside. Associate opens door and I ask to make a quick purchase of a car charger. Im told, "no". I explain to associate Ive been with Verizon for 15 years and you cant make a quick exception? If I got to the store at 7:55pm and was looking to buy a phone I guarantee I would still be in the store. Great customer service there. ..... NOT. ....

Lack of professionalism. Cannot keep track of who is next line. Bad customer service. The sales people just want to show and sell high end phones that cost a lot. This happened twice within 3 days. I had better experience with Verizon customer service on the phone.

I have not purchased anything from this specific store but just wanted to thank Manager Ryan B. for looking out since we had suspicious activity going on with our verizon account and he called to notify us on the situation before it got bad! Thanks Ryan!

The store clerk has a BAD temper issue raising his voice. Manager Horrible instead of helping solve issue he made us the bad guy and threw us out while we were on phone with Verizon. They are THEIVES!!
