Never Again! The sales associate charged me a $6.00 core charge even though I brought in my old Sears Die Hard battery. Then they sell me an upgraded battery, which I find out when I get back home, that its only upgrade is 50 more CCA. So I take it back and request a refund. In explaining my reasons for the return the subject of the CCA difference came up and this guy, who is the store manager, tries to tell me CCA has nothing to do with temperature. I guess he thought I just got off the boat from stupidville. Duracell was also offering a rebate on these batteries but the more expensive upgraded battery only had a $5.00 rebate whereas the cheaper one I originally ordered online had a $10.00 rebate. Go figure! BTW Duracell only has a 6 month replacement warranty whereas Sears Die Hard is 1 year. No rebate but Ill take the extra 6 month warranty for the 10 bucks and do business with people who know about CCAs. Oh and the manager Mark also tried to tell me DieHard batteries are made by Duracell, said he worked for Sears in the past and I can understand why he isnt still there.

Terrible inconvenice. I normally go to another location to get my watch batteries replaced, as Batteries plus normally does it with a smile and a lifetime warranty as well. I went to this location only to be told that they dont do watch battery replacements for "more expensive" watches. The man at the counter looked at me, looked at the watch I was wearing and the one I brought in and told me no that they wont do it due to it being "too expensive". Then asked me what my watch that needed a replacement retailed for to then be told again, that my watch was too expensive and they dont take the risk. I would not have been as upset as I was if I already knew that another location as replaced 2 batteries for me on equally "expensive" watches. Highly disappointed by this location. I understand where they are coming from, I just wish it was a company wide policy that way I didnt go out of my way just to be told no, and now have to visit the other location on the other side of town.

HORRIBLE!!! Took my iphone in for a cracked screen repair, received it back and the LCD was randomly going black and a white light was on the display. Texting was off as well. Had to go back to the store and I was told because the tech was "busy" on Saturday, he admittedly didnt do a correct job. They refused to refund me any sort of money even though they admitted to the error on their part. The white light is gone but the phone still blacks out randomly and I can not make any phone calls now there is something wrong with the sensors. Called corporate, they dont care AT ALL. Had to remove the $30 screen protector I purchased from them because it was screwing up the texting. As of right now I have a broken phone and nobody from this company cares.

!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE !!! Bought a battery for a F150 pick up that said it had a two year warranty. The truck sat for about 3 weeks well I went to NY for a Funeral/ family stay. The battery went dead and will not take a charge according to Mark there service rep. The battery is less than a 1 1/2 old...They wont warranty it because the insurance Allstate Drivewise Box so called drain the battery. Had the same issue with a company vechical of mine Walmart warranty the battery. STAY AWAY AND DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! This is a franchise store.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My daughter went here to get her iPhone screen repaired/replaced. Paid $130.00 and it was completely repaired improperly. Driving home that same day, the screen started cracking again . . even with the added screen protector on. Due to her work schedule she couldnt go back right away and the cracks kept getting worse. When she finally made it back ... the so called manager MIKE ROSSELI pretty much called my daughter a liar and was EXTREMELY rude about it. REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!!

Mike and Skippy helped me. It was the day before Mothers day and I could not find my camera wire to charge the battery. They tried to locate a charger in the store but they were sold out. They offered to special order one which was fine, but I still would be camera-less on Mothers Day. It was very generous of them to offer to charge may battery in the store, at no charge. I got to use my camera on Mothers Day. They didnt just sell me a charger, but they solved my problem... Thats the kind of service you dont get at the big box stores!

Dropped my phone, so time to pay some "stupid tax". I called around to a couple of places and decided to go with Batteries plus, as they seemed pleasant, had the longest warranty and a better price than most. I was not disappointed. Mark was courteous and friendly and had it fixed in the time he said he would and for the price he gave me. I am hoping not to need to go back again, but realistically, next time I am clumsy enough to break my phone i know where to go!

Batteries Plus Bulbs has every kind of battery you could ever need. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff are professional, helpful and courteous. I have shopped, at this particular store, in the past, and they have always had exactly what I needed. I recently made a purchase of a lawn tractor battery that I discovered wasnt needed and was able to return it the next day for a full refund with no hassle. I will not hesitate to shop there again!

What a cluster job!! I have a watch collection and buy many batteries at a time. Justin and I had to figure out what batteries made by another manufacturer transposed to those carried by B+. Also, nothing was ready for pick-up. I had to wait until they picked to batteries. I was told this is "store policy". Recommendation: Dont order on-line, go to the brick place and do business normally.

I hace been there 2 times for a cell phone battery and both of them die and 40% then when i plug it in to charge it tells me i have 0%. Really? Do u guys make the batterys yourself i might as well go back to my old default battery it worked better then the new one. The only reason it is 3 stars is cuz the customers service is good ill give them that. But quality of items are not.

Just terrible... Scheduled an appointment online and still waited 5 hours to received a mitch matched glass panel for my iPhone 6. Then I was incorrectly overcharged and had to wait even longer for a refund to be processed. I will never recommend this company and I am still very upset that my phone doesnt even have the proper glass panel.

I called Jim and spoke to him on the phone I wanted to make sure that the parts I saw online that were in stock in the store were actually there. He put me on a brief hold verified they were actually in the store and had them all ready for me when I walked in about 30 minutes later service doesnt get any better than that
