Customer Service was exceptional! Walked in with a broken phone and worried about not being able to retrieve any of my contact information. Jose and Javier were very helpful, informative and eager to help me get the right product for the amount of $$ I wanted to spend. Walked out with a new phone, contacts and pictures saved and a new prepaid service that was cheaper than the plan I had. Definitely would recommend this store !!

These guys are rip off artist, they gave my wife a kyocera phone that hasnt worked since we recieved it. She took it back today and they said they gave her the wrong phone. It would not work on wi-fi calling. They proceeded to sell her a ZTE Z828 for $100.00 dollars which is valued online about $50.00 used. I think if this is how you take care of a woman with a newborn you should be ashamed of yourselfs.

I went to Florida on vacation from Pennsylvania and stop by this store. I bought a phone from Javier at a good price and was able to keep the same number I have. I will buy again from this place and will recommend my family and friends to buy from here too. Service was excellent.

Rip off. Sold me used phone saying it was new and every time I have gone in someone has had an issue with them. Phone shop shop. Stay away. Much cheaper and actual warranty going to retailer directly such as tmobile.

1st time stopping by and doors were locked. Time I stopped by was 4:35pm. Says hours of operation are 10 to 7. Not sure how you run a business but not being open?
