I would rate this location a huge "0" after today!!!! Long story short, customer service, "failed" the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left!!! My Samsung 6 began to burn as I slept....I woke up to a burnt charger and a burnt phone....I called customer service and they had me come to this location to begin with....After waiting patiently, no one greeted me....I was glanced upon and the bald, headed, Hispanic, manager, gave me one look and continued laughing with a customer....Finally a sales associate, male, approached me...I explained my situation and he then, called over to the manager and asked him to put me in the que....The manager joked and said, "no!!!" I remained positive and waited to be helped....A sales associate, I believe, his name was Adam...I could be wrong, proceeded to help me...I explained the situation again and he examined my phone...he said that he will order a new phone cause it was burnt...I asked him if they had any replacement phones, in house, since I needed my phone....he called over the bald headed, manager again and I asked him the same question as well as the question if they had any replacement chargers or wireless chargers, in house, to swap out, to charge my phone, since I brought back the burnt charger and burnt phone.....Im asking these questions because Ive never had this situation occur, so therefore I do not know the answer....thats why your the associate, right? The manager gave me a dramatic attitude and walked away....he told me to take it up with Samsung and started back paddling and asking what store I bought the phone from, asked me again what exactly happened to my phone, since he clearly wasnt listening.....this story is dragging, I apologize so Ill end it with as Im finishing with the , other sales, associate, the sales associate is trying to charge my phone as I wait...Manager never looked oat me again or even asked if everything got figured...not even a "have a great day!!!!" Horrible customer service all around...I was made to feel that I did something wrong....I kindly said thank you to the sales associate and quietly left.....this location needs to clean house all around!!! Lazy, rude, lack of customer service and God forbid that you need help with the $700 plus, phone you just purchased...If your not buying something, then dont come in....

I was going in circles for over a week with Verizon tech support and the Verizon store on Lake Mary Blvd. (bad experience) with a recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 that had a bad speaker. Nobody was willing to help! After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated until I walked into the Verizon store on Rinehart Road this past Saturday. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Taylor, the store manager, and Steve were great! Best customer service experience I have received! The ONLY local Verizon store I am planning to go to in the future. Again, thank you for your help!

I just bought a new Samsung Note 5 and it has software issues, making it unusable. Long story short, I am left without a phone for 4 days and a $750 paper weight until my new replacement arrives. Their only response was poor apology. Whatever happened to customer service? How is it ok for them to leave me without a phone for 4 days after spending $750 on the phone just 14 days prior? Cant even provide a loaner? They were quick to take my money and thats about it. I just switched to Verizon and I regretting it already.

Outstanding service.... My phone had died and couldnt charge it.. was using it for navigation in area not familiar with to pick family at airport... The salesperson who helped me was AWESOME, he helped me get a new phone and then helped me get bluetooth set up in my new car to get my navigation set to continue my journey.. Great Customer Service.

Ive used this store several times for my own phone needs as well as my GFs. Never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions, but not pushy. Ive come to them twice with technical problem related to two different phones and staff did all they could to resolve the issues. Thanks.

I like Verizon service but when ever you need to change something on your account it will never be what you want. I always make the change at a store just so I cant get blamed for messing up on the web site. The wait time is too long at the store, on the phone to the store, on the phone to main Verizon number.
