I had the absolute BEST experience w/ these guys! SUPER friendly & helpful & will do what ever it take to get the job done & make sure that you walk out of there more then happy I called because i Shattered my rose gold iPhone 6s screen I was calling around getting quotes & I called there & not only did they match the lowest price for me @ the time they didnt have a white screen to put on my phone they ordered it & had it in the next day i dropped my phone off @ lunch about an hr later I got a call stating it was done I went & picked it up after work it was like brand new unfortunately late on that night when I go home I was scrolling & my phone froze up & then the screen went black I was freaking out I brought it back in the next day @ lunch & these boys were AWESOME they took it right back no questions asked & they didnt have another white screen in stock & told me unfortunately it would be another day before they could get 1 in but they put a black screen on my phone so I didnt go w/o & made sure I was happy & while sitting in their lobby there wasnt 1 person that walked out unhappy these guys are the best & are now the only people I will let touch my phone!

We were on vacation in July when my daughters iPhone 5C took a swim in the ocean with her. We had went to AT&T store with no luck, and then we found the phone hospital. These guys were awesome!! They did the sonic treatment over night and contacted us with the results of the damage the next day. We were leaving the next day so they stayed late to get it fixed for us. It turned out that the damage was worse than they thought so they got it working enough to be able to get home with it and save all pictures which is all she wanted. John also wrote down all the information of what they found, did and needed to be done and some options to save money for us because I knew I would forget it by the time we got home. They also made sure that my daughter understood what she could do to make calls and such before we left the store. They were so helpful and didnt even charge me for all the parts or work they did! This family will not forget the kindness shown and are thankful for the memories that were saved! Thank you guys!!

I used a charger other than the one that came with my Galaxy S4, and a couple hours after I plugged it in I just happened to notice the end of the USB cord was melting. I quickly unplugged it. The phone was really hot to the touch. I took the back off and got the battery out and cooled it down as fast as I could. When I put it back together, however, it wouldnt boot up. I called Cellular Phone Hospital and asked if they could fix it. They said it should be no problem. I took it in and they fixed it while I waited. It took less than 30 minutes for them to replace the damaged charging port and I was on my way. They didnt charge me nearly what I had expected to pay, and they also explained why its important to always use the charger that comes with your phone. Very professional staff, clean store, knowledgeable techs. I wont take my phone anywhere else. Good to know who to go to that I can trust if I need repairs in the future.

I had a horrible experience here. Went in for a simple screen replacement. My phone now crackles when it rings, the speaker phone cannot be used due the static heard by others and the camera is totally inoperable. After three tries and $140 I gave up. The worst part is they tried to tell me all droids crackle when they ring and just turn the volume down so I dont hear it. None of these problems existed before I took my phone in. Be very careful if you take your phone here. They just called and are now saying the camera was short circuited when I brought it in. Total bullshit! None of these problems existed when the phone was brought and somehow now they all preexisted or its my fault. Unbelievable!!!

Wow, these guys are most impressive in their knowledge, practicality, and customer service skills! I was so grateful for their calmness as I came in panicked with my broken phone, and Im sure Im not the first one to go in there wondering how I was going to make it without my phone for a few days:) Their prices are VERY reasonable- they know what is fair to charge and their service is WORTH EVERY PENNY. It was such a different experience from other phone places, where you feel like they are trying to sell you something that you dont need. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field, and just good people!

I am very new to the smart phone thing but I finally got a phone but unfortunately it had a shattered screen. After much research I found Phone Hospital. I went into the store and everyone was very kind mannered and very helpful. I had many questions about different things and after a while of answering all my questions and giving me great advice I decided to get me screen fixed. I got it fixed very fast and cheaper then the rest. It was like I had a brand new phone. If your looking for a place to fix your phone, I highly recommend going here. I am a very satisfied costumer and will come here always.

We were swapping phones at the Verizon store near Phone Doctors Hwy 1 location and they recommended we take the phone that wasnt charging (loose charging port) over to Phone Dr. When we got there, John looked the phone over and cleaned out the port so the cable fit better and tested it to make sure that was going to solve the problem. It did solve it, and the phone was returned to service. These are great people doing only what needs to be done, and are watching out for their customers. Thanks, Phone Dr. John, for the repair and the advice for keeping the port clean.

Very pleased with the repair done to my computer, and the service provided the price. They fully repaired my computer before my deadline and they did a good job of keeping up to date and contacting me consistently The hours are wonderful 9am-7pm monday-friday, 10am-5pm saturday and 12pm-5pm sunday I recall. Very dedicated to customers and they will truly work with you. Highly recommended, just tell them that Rockwell recommended this place and they can provide more details as to how they fixed my computer and what they did.

I would HIGHLY recommend you call John and Hans at The Phone Hospital for your computer and cell phone repairs. They are very professional, friendly and I trust them. They installed a new hard drive and much needed RAM on my iMac and it solved my problem of a sluggish computer. I use my computer for my business so I cant live without it. They are fast, fair and again, I trust them. They also repaired a cracked iphone screen for me and they did a great job. Go see John and Hans if you need help with your electronics.
