I am not sure if it is all of the employees at this location but everytime I call or go in for something they either have no clue what I am talking about or mess it up. I went in to change the card on my account and asked if I needed to make my bill payment because my bill was due that day. The guy behind my desk proceded to tell me I was fine and it would process later that night or the next day as an automatic payment. Thinking I could trust the "professional" I said "ok"and left. Well my service was cut off today. After I call the customer service line they tell me no payment was ever made. Every time I call to ask a question, they do not know the answer and I have to call another store to ask. They are incompetent and need to learn what the heck they are doing before they go out of business. At this point I would not be surprised if they did. Incompetency in your profession is not acceptable. What a shame and cricket should be ashamed to be associated with this store. Needless to say I will never call or go to this store again!

I have to say, I was surprised and relieved at the incredible level of customer service I received at this store. I walked in very distraught because I had basically flushed my phone and so there was no choice but to start over. Nicole was amazing. She didnt try to "over sale me," she gave me clear and comprehensible advice and even explained things that I just simply didnt understand about LG and gigs etc. She advised me on getting a good "water proof" phone that fit my budget! LOL! Thank you Nicole. People would be crazy not to search you out when considering a new service or new phone. I have just sent you two new clients and Im sure they will feel the same way.

Will never use cricket again! They sold me a defective phone and when I brought it in the store within the 7 days they told me come back the next day and theyd exchange it they just had to get the phone from another store I brought it in the next day and they told me since it wasnt frozen at that moment in time they could not exchange it and now the warranty dept wont do anything about it because I have a hairline scratches on it. THE PHONE IS DEFECTIVE!! and the manager told me to come back the next day and the next day they wouldnt do anything about it. DONT USE THEM!!!!

The blond girl that works at that store is a great asset .She helped me out with a phone that I upgraded and wouldnt function properly.After Microsoft and Cricket support couldnt get it fixed ,she did .From all the reviews I read I believe her name is Nicole,because other people comment how great she is .Thank you for your efforts and time.
