I am very disappointed with the way I was treated on the phone today 01/01/2015 at 12:55P.M. by Danny. He was very nice over the phone, until I explained to Danny that the night before I had spoken to Veronica a very pleasant lady from T-Mobile customer service in regards to my Note 3 that was malfunctioning. In short Veronica informed me that I can take advantage of their loner program and it was absolutely free. The moment Danny heard this, his attitude and tone of voice changed. He then said: "We dont have any loners here."And paused, like waiting for me to hang up. I then asked him: "Danny do you know of any other T-Mobile stores near you, So that I can call and ask to see if they have any loner phones"? He answered: " No." Again very dry. Then I asked him again. "Are you sure you dont have that on your computer"? Then he said: " We dont affiliate ourselves with other stores." I certainly dont want Danny to lose his job, but definitely he needs more training on customer service. Hopefully the T-Mobile Company will care enough about their customers to correct Dannys way of treating customers in their time of need.

Left sprint and got a much better deal with T-mobile. They ported my number in a matter of like 5 seconds. The experience was WAY better than the store at the loop. I was helped by Danny, store manager. Surprised to see some bad reviews about him on here cause he was so nice and helpful at the store. Ive never had anyone at a store ask why I was interested in the new phone model Ive chosen and he did to see if he can give me some tips which I had already learned because I had time to play with the phone, LG G6. I guess everyone has their bad days but you have to leave that at the door before stepping into work and some customers just get pissy when they dont get their way. 4 out 5 stars because there is always room for growth! But hands down great service for me and hopefully it will continue that way.

Tried to save some mileage by going to this T-Mobile shop... Big mistake! This guy completely botched an activation w/ a phone # port! Completely disregarded the port, then lied and said it was done. As if that was not bad enough, he insisted that T-Mobile required a 2 month payment to activate a prepaid account. After talking to a T-Mobile rep. on the phone to try to fix the mess this guy made of my activation, they informed me that this was not their policy and would investigate this store. Terrible service and dishonest business! DO NOT GO HERE!

The best service, by far. These guys are great! We went to a different t-mobile first and walked out because of the yuckiness of the manager. Walked down to these guys and had an absolute 180 experience. They got us the best possible deal when switching over 3 lines from Sprint without any issues. Its like, These three people work as a team and arent money hungry like the other stores. They are for the customer, I will DEFINITELY do business with you guys again.

Danny was very knowledgeable and skillful with the technical details to assist us to in switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. He went over the top with his customer service and genuine concern and patience. I visited two stores prior in Kissimmee and might I say, the customer service was horrible. Definitely making this my new go-to store. I did not have to wait at all and DQ was very attentive even with the constant incoming calls asking for him. His customer service was awesome. And he had a conversation with me the whole time he was inputting information into the computer which made the experience that much better since I wasnt standing there in an awkward silence. Awesome store!

Fantastic service and worth the wait when busy. Its a hidden gem in kissimmee as far as TMobile stores go. Forget about the stores in the loop and Osceola parkway! This is the one to go to if you want the best service possible.
