Walking into this store made me feel welcomed. Everyone was very helpful and you could tell they were a team! I had the pleasure to be assisted by the assistant store manager Don . He helped me with my bill situation and educated me on my account. I would give 5 stars my reasons for a 3 star is because Im pretty sure the store manager and assistant were under the influence. I could smell liquor on Don and Im not 100% but I could see that he was "high" . Its not so professional when a customer can see the employees bringing personal into work environments. Anywho, if youre looking for a sprint place to take care of your phone issues this one could get the job done. Just dont stand to close to them you may catch a contact .

About a year ago i left sprint. Now currently i figured i would try one more time. WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE. i will never go back! I never gave them my account information to transfer my number i never had their phones in my hand i told them to cancel the order and they didnt so they held the phones against me even after telling them to terminate the order and they ILLEGALLY obtained my account info and switched my number without permission it took me threating to sue to company to get my information straight. Save yourself the time and money. Just go to metro.

Service sucks anywhere you go. They told me they werent going to put me in a contract, they lied and Ive been stuck with this pos phone, the insurance wont replace because there is a small crack at the top corner of the phone. Metro Pcs has way better service and alot less scams like sprint is pulling off. All in all horrible phone company to go through, I will never go back.

We had the best experience here tonight. Logan and Don helped us switch from cricket to sprint. They gave us all the best deals and worked with us to make it fast and painless!! My husband and I had our 1 year old daughter and another employee Alyssa danced with my daughter and kept her entertained. Very great group of people and I would highly recommend!!!

We had a billing dispute and the manager told me he would call for us and get it straightened out, well he never called. It was his stores fault that my bill was messed up. I had to call and straighten it up myself. Needless to say I am very upset.
