Car battery died. Where to go? I recalled Id used a nearby Batteries Plus Bulbs store nearby for a cell phone battery so I went to the BPB web site. I quickly found that the closest BPB store that had my somewhat unique battery was their Altamonte store. The process was stress free. They had the battery I needed in stock. By ordering (at midnight) on line I saved 10% and they confirmed by email the next morning. I went to their store and they installed it in about 10 minutes. Turns out the old battery was not OEM and had a non standard bottom plate. They knew that this had to be removed to get the OEM battery to fit properly. Plus, they knew a technique Id never heard of to get the new battery and the engine to sync properly. AM I GLAD I WENT TO THEM!

Horrible customer service! Had a charger I had no need for that was a gift even after finding the receipt via the telephone number they would not even do a in store exchange HORRIBLE and for an establishment that carries "everything" been here for other items and they dont carry. I will NEVER give them my service

Went in to change battery in bulova watch and 25min later, guy says, " couldnt put back cover back on youre watch and you should probably take it to jewler." So now i have a watch with NO cover on back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT SARCASTIC DUMMIES.

The place isnt just batteries! Devices from flashlights to work-lights to LED ceiling lights?!?! The staff is well versed on everything in stock. THe things in stock are unique to the store. And they have even have batteries for cars.
