I went into this store at the middle of June and was talked into a tablet deal by Levi. I was told it was .99 cents plus tax.( I even went back the next day and got another one). I asked if there were any fees and I was told that usually theres an activation fee but he was waiving them and if it showed on the bill to call and he would remove them. Well, the fees showed on the bill in July, at which time I started calling Levi. I was also having issues with my phone at the time so I was in the store many times too trying to get the fees removed but Levi wasnt ever in. Since July, I have called at least 40 times, went to the store leaving my name and number with employees and only 1 time has Levi EVER called me back!! That was just last week. I was told to pay the fees and he would reimburse them. Yeah ok. When?? 3 months later?? Since the bill is in my moms name I was adamant that there could be no fees and I was told there wouldnt be and if so, they would be removed. I called there this past Sunday and left a message. No call back. Called Tuesday this week again, no call back. Wednesday I called 3 times, no call back! And today I called again and I was told he was in the restroom. ( hes the only employee I know that has " just stepped out", been in the restroom, has been busy, etc as many times as he has but mostly hes just stepped out). Not only is this man incompetent but obviously everyone else is too since Levi has told me that he has never been given any message I had called and left or been in and left with the people working!! I had also been in constant contact with the 611 number employees since this all started too and finally a manager called ( since the employee tried to call 4x with no answer at all!) this store to talk to Levi and his manager to resolve it as our phone service was set to be shut off tomorrow due to this!! Having service with AT&T for 15 years, this was just absolutely ridiculous!! I would never, EVER recommend this store to anyone!! Theres a store by Lowes I believe that Im sure has to be better than this store. You would think with it being new that they would be wanting to prove themselves. The only thing they have proven is that they are incompetent and Levi definitely doesnt need to be working here!! Dont ever let him talk you into a deal or youll be screwed like this too! And if you arent on it like I was, youll be forced to pay the fees that he says wont show up or hell remove. That is if you can ever get him on the phone or him to call you back!! I would also NEVER recommend this store to anyone! And definitely NOT Levi, if so. ( but as I stated, Levi never got a message from any of the employees so I guess hes saying theyre all worthless there).

First off: This is NOT a corporate location. Might look like it, but its not so careful. I went here to get info on the new iPhone 7. ATT was running a promotion where you could trade in your iphone 6 and essentially walk away with a free iphone 7 base model or pay just a bit extra for a nicer 7. So I got a 7plus and I was happy with the phone. The problem came when this store and their reps boxed my girlfriends phone up and we shipped it to the label they put on the box. Months went by and we werent seeing the credit on our account for the trade-in meaning we were paying WAY more than we should have been. Thats because the phone was sent to the wrong place and they lost our device. Took a while of me following up for them to finally find it and apply the credit. I tried working with Matt to get this resolved, but after days of trying to get a hold of him I ended up having to visit this store 7-8 times to get this problem resolved and calling so many times every rep knew my name. I should have mentioned earlier that we purchased 2 phones. Since my girlfriends phone wasnt sent to the correct place I waited to send my phone until I saw our credit. These phones are worth a lot and I wasnt about to lose a 2nd one. Today I find out that since I didnt send my phone in I can no longer get the $650 credit for my phone. I waited because they screwed up and I was covering my ass and now I lose out on my credit. Now they tell me, just call customer service........ WOW GREAT SOLUTION FOR YOU SCREWING UP and to mention that while all of this was happening I never once received a phone call from the store manager. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

This was my first time at this new At&t store. I have been an At&t customer forever but dont often visit the store. I was looking into getting a new phone but had no idea what to get and what would fit in my budget. I am also not the most technologically savvy. Matt helped me. He was so helpful and patient. He took his time explaining the pros and cons of each phone as well as price. Ultimately I chose a smaller IPhone. Matt then spent time with me, setting it all up and walking me through as it was my first IPhone! He recommended what phone case and screen protector to get as well. All was within my budget which I didnt think was possible. There were no hidden fees when I got my bill either, as he also explained what I should expect. When I left the store I felt confident in my purchase and I love my phone! We are going back to get my husband one this week. I highly recommend this Deland At&t store(next to Starbucks) and ask for Matt!

Dont bother. We walk into the store with our week old son, trying to get some info and get out quickly. We get a hello because the ONE guy working is with a customer. So we sit down to wait. About 10 minutes later, some lady and her kids walk in and jump in front of us and start trying to get help before us, even though we arrived first. The guy working doesnt say a single word to her about us being there first and continues to answer her questions. Weve now been there half an hour with nothing other than a hello. We left and that AT&T store lost our business and a possible phone sale. We WONT be back.

I went into the store after going to the orange city location and had by far the best interaction Ive ever had with an att employee, his name was Levi. We had a bit of an issue with my direct tv order but he was happy to help get it fixed, and took the time to help me with my phone too. I would recommend this store to anybody. The store in Orange city had a 2 hour wait and should pick up their phones!

Stray from Levi! He most certainly puts up an intriguing front to only turn out to be a pure swindle. Convinced me I was buying one plan, come to find out two weeks later on my bill he put me on the more expensive plan I specifically asked him not to do! Left the store fine, only to find out I had been conned.
