Yes had the same problem, Had a 5 star experience walking in however beware they will lie to make their sales, I chose the millennia store for 100$ towards my new phone was told it promotion expired when I arrived, Ok fine, they said theyll keep the promise on waving my activation fees. And I was trying to support them since their a new store. Now while adding more than 4 lines with the unlimited plan working with Mark Saroukhan I was told I with my plan I qualify for a jet pack with unlimited data all I have to pay is one device fee of $29. I asked replied I have a hot spot on my phone he said yes phone got spots not unlimited and the same line of one 29$ fee, so i asked "so its basically free?" and he said yes, So I took it. I came in a week later to return it since my pre bill was higher. Again he said it should be free the promo isnt showing on the "estimated bill, and theres and he showed me my account with a bill 22$ less. Now two weeks later All a Complete lie all of a sudden they cant wave activation fees they promised and of corse the jet pack is no longer a " one time device fee of 29$" it also has a monthly charge and almost 200$ contract cancelation fee And hot spot is not unlimited as promised. Dont fall for it! Although Verizon has a good name cannot trust these new stores the next phone I will get with they best of all Verizon customer service center or a well reviewed store.

I know Im very late in posting a review about our experience at the Verizon Wireless Store located at Millenia Plaza... But I have to say; Im very satisfied with the service. We went there on January 26 to change from AT&T Mobility to Verizon. Jazmine & Leslie helped us through the entire process. Unfortunately AT&T didnt make the transition easy for all of us. It took us between January 26th & 27th to resolve the issue and walk out from the store with our brand new phones. But I have to say, I admire their patience and perseverance to help us. We highly recommend this Store to everyone that needs help in switching wireless providers or any other questions. We specially recommend Jasmine and Leslie! Ask for them :-)

Went in today with my elderly mother to purchase two flip phones for her and my dad. John was our salesperson and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I only wish the employees at more places where I need to do business were more like John.

Thiefs! These employees wont disclose all the information on their products, leading you weeks later to charges that you never knew about; therefore stealing your hard earned money just to make their commission.

Rip off. Do not buy anything from this store. Salespeople will bait and switch. Dont let them sign you up for a two year contract. I was lied to about what my monthly bill would be.
