They promise you the moon, you pay, they don’t deliver. I literally ordered the iPhone 6 four weeks ago. I was told in the store I’d definitely have it by my birthday, which was yesterday. Today I received an email saying the order was canceled with absolutely no explanation of why. I don’t understand how a phone company would not at least call to explain what was going on. After spending two hours with customer service trying to get answers I just decided to return back to Verizon. My parents are on a fixed income and I pay for their cell phone bill. My father was so excited to get his first smart phone. He paid for it in the store and now that I’ve been waiting for four weeks it is past the 14 day return period. My only hope is that Verizon will let him use that phone. After the customer service fiasco, I thought it would be a good idea to call the store and speak with the manager in order for him to talk to his associates to have them warn customers. You are made to pay for everything in the store. I paid for expedited shipping, and Im still waiting. My advice to him was to make it clear to the customers that although you pay in the store (literally enter your pin, etc) the payment does not actually go through until it is shipped. And if your payment information changes within that time (say a month later) you are out of luck. What a waste of time. How was he promoted to a supervisor?!?! Bottom line, NO ONE can tell me if my delivery is canceled or not. Either way, I’m done with T-mobile and extremely disgusted with the entire process. Buyer Beware. They do not care and just want your money.

Its easy to write a review when we receive bad service but what about when we receive top notch service! Well that is what I received from this store. I had a issue with my business account. we were sold T-Mobile from a 3rd party company that came to my family owned business. Everything was fine until we received our first bill. We attempted to reach out to our sales person but they no longer worked for the company and no one else was willing to help. So we went inside the store to get help. Our sales person Adam was great. The whole ordeal was a big mess. We were lied to by the 3rd party company, but Adam and his manager fixed the issue. The manager got on the phone with customer service and she was able to get our old contracts cancelled without penalties. We sent the old phones back and we were able to get new phones, better phones. They set up our phones and made sure everything was transferred over. I do believe T-Mobile should be careful with these 3rd party companies they allow to sell their service. I will only deal with this store and I recommend them to anyone. They renewed my faith in T-Mobile. Now I am a loyal customer.

My mom and I walked into the Tmobile wanting to buy a screen protector for a new phone I had just broken. The sales people were busy with customers but we were greeted by the manager Sia who was very nice. she offered us bottle water while we waited. She talked to us about the different screen protectors and also helped me to pick out a new case. My mom had an older phone but didnt want to get a new one although I think she should. Sia wasnt pushy. My mom had some questions about the bill and was confused about some of the charges we had just received. Sia was patient and helped my mom to understand the bill. She also made sure we had the best rate plan with the best data. We dont usually go to this Tmobile store because there is another one closer to our house. After coming to this location we will drive the extra mile. Great service. We left happy and I got a free tablet too. :)

My boyfriend and I went in just to get his account on another phone and the lady representative was VERY rude. She ignored us at first then when she got to us and we were trying to resolve an issue with the phone she was not only impatient but also VERY disrespectful. She told us to call a number, when we got the number and let her know, she was sarcastic and sassy and got involved with another customer. We politely let her know and she told us "excuse me Im working with a customer." Fire her if you want your business to thrive. Weve never been treated so poorly. Her tone was nasty and we left angry. Hes planning to switch to another service and I dont blame him.

Terrible.... I was already frustrated because I had to go to a store to get my issue fixed. The girl who helped me just called customer service and made them do what should have been done. Thats not why I gave it a 1 star. The entire time she was texting.... standing in front of me texting. Blatantly not giving a F! Than when I was explaining what was told to me, not yelling or a being rude in any way keep in mind, she infuriate me and says "look Im trying to help you but you need to help me." Seriously? Your trying to help? No your on your phone texting and calling customer service to do your job! Terrible!!

they lie and just want your money. they will scam you. T-Mobile customer service is good but this store needs new management and employees. It should be about the customer not about them getting a paycheck. remember that every activation, every phone, every accessory You buy they get paid more. you are not paying them to lie to you. Dont go to this store jut call T-Mobile customer service and get everything from them.

Ive had mixed success here. For somethings they are spot on, for others they tend to drag out a problem. The staff here are super friendly and willing which makes things better. Management seems to refuse to give help when a staff member is struggling with a client.

Ive been there once running an errand for my boyfriend while he was in bootcamp for the Navy, and they were very helpful and friendly even though I had no information! Their store is being remodeled as well for a fresh look.

Didnt get anything done, had terrible service. The lady that was "serving" me was very rude and sarcastic. Worst service Ive ever received. Complete waste of my time, will never go to this store again, even if you paid me.
