I set an appointment to have my phone upgraded, arrived early, and was helped right then. Anthony set me up with the exact phone I wanted (I had called to make sure it was in stock the previous day), and confirmed my information on a promotion to add a tablet. He helped me get the most I could for my current phone as a trade-in, and made sure I understood what to expect on my next bill. I was also informed of other options I had to save money on my monthly bill. All around I had a great experience.

I went in to trade in my phone, and the staff was very rude and told me they wouldnt do it. They didnt know what they were talking about, or just didnt care about the sale. After waiting around and arguing for 20 minutes, I went to another AT&T down the street, and the staff was very friendly and they took care of everything for me. I told 2 other people about it and they said the exact same thing. Never going back to this store.

Worst AT&T store in America maybe the world. Staff is not competent at all very rude and honestly have no idea what they are doing. Store is small dirty and has little to nothing in stock. Dont waste your time coming here or to AT&T for that matter. Dont be fooled by their unlimited data offers. There is nothing unlimited or unthrottled about it.

Will definitely go to best buy in the future where the customer service is decent. Needed to make a change with my account, the man i spoke to needed me to do something else first but was a massive jerk about it. Not helpful at all
