I had to speak to 2 different reps just to get no help. The first rep kept saying the same thing over and over but his response had nothing to do with my question. It was the worse services Ive ever had from any T mobile.

Since switching to T mobile I have always had a good experience and with this store in particular. I do not go to the "store" often, but would recommend it for those who need to.
