This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a large company. They messed everything up after lying about what my bill w going to be. Kept my trade in phone and would not reimburse me for it. So basically, stole it. Not one manager will call back. And I received $1500.00 in bills because they did not close my account correctly.

I was immediately welcomed when I went into the store. The associates were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great personalities. They answered all my questions and did not pressure me. I intended to purchase a phone and a tablet. Glad they are in a convenient location. I definitely recommend going to AT&T at Belden Village

Your dealing with people that dont know what they are talking about! Sales rep gave us misleading information. Manager claimed they were going to fix the issue. Were on month 2 of the agreed upon "fix" and they screwed up again. Really frustrating working with people that dont know how to provide good customer service.

I purchased an HTC one M8 there. The service was good when they were selling it. But, when it was found out that the M8 was not capable of the same things the M7 their phones oddly stopped working when the Call Center was trying to reach them to set up a return.
