Employees barely lifted their eyes from their text messaging and Facebooking on their personal phones the entire time I was trying to resolve an issue. I was never offered an attempt at resolution- only told twice by two different employees that the system was down and yeah, theres nothing we can do. I was never offered the option to have them call customer service from the store phone (mine was inoperable) nor any other recourse- just lazily acknowledged and summarily dismissed. The rudeness and lack of professionalism caused me to hang up on my 45 minute hold, leave my 10 year relationship with sprint- and drive directly to Verizon. Perhaps I shouldve assumed that at half the price they can only offer half the customer service.

I needed to get repair work done on my phone. And after telling Casey Robinson that I lived more than an hour away she suggested I have it mailed. She was a bright spot in my day...very customer friendly. I will be a repeat customer to that store. Keep up the sunny disposition Casey !!!!!

after having so many problems with my bb backing up and freezing all the time. I came to this sprint store. Matt Fisher was such a big help and got everything up and running for me. he was a huge help and i highly recommend this store.
