BEWARE: Do not take your phone to these low-quality,hole-in-the-wall places. They have had so many complaints, the name of their business keeps changing. They had my iPhone 6 Plus for over 2 weeks and when I came to FINALLY retrieve my device, the internal housing was completely fried. The touch on my screen went out on my iPhone 6 Plus, so I found this place near my house "PCS Connect", which had decent reviews on Groupon. I went in and they advised me that the motherboard was bad so I paid to have it fixed(never warned me that my device could risk damage). After less than a week in the shop, they called me up and said my phone was ready. After 2 days, the screen went out again, so I called up and spoke with Moe, the owner, who told me to bring the phone back up to shop. When I arrived, he told me it would cost another $100 to fix and he would need to send it to a third party(which seemed kinda sketch and strange) because his shop did not tend to these type of repairs. Also, he told me it would take around a week to fix which I then gave in one again. After a week and a half, I went to pick up my phone( the customer service is a joke never called to inform me about my phone or no updates on what was going on with my phone, you have to keep calling and calling to get anyone to give you a straight answer), they present my damaged phone with the the whole inside completely fried! They said the third party tried fixing it to the best of their ability and things like this can happen. Are I freaking kidding me?! No! Things do not happen like this when you know what you are doing!!!! All they could offer me was $120 refund, a sorry, and this was not there fault. THIS WAS YOUR FAULT! When you put trust into another person/business to confide with your clients property, YEAH IT IS YOUR FAULT! When I was trying to hold it all together, the manager Moe couldnt not even come about and face his mistake, but instead had some young kids explain his dirty work. All they did was apologize, refund me $120 of the $230 paid for repairs. I reported them to the BBB and hopefully they will be fined or shut down. I am out of a $700 iPhone and $110 for failed repairs. Now, I have a new iPhone 7, but being out of that extra money to resell or trade my phone in was a negative loss in my pocket. I just want to share my experience to all of you that never go the cheap route with something valuable such as your phone, go the smart route. We use our phones everyday-all day, and they play such an important role to assist us in our everyday lives. These devices are not cheap, so be wise on choosing who you let handle your phone. Its also scary to just let these men have your password and information on your phone, along with photos and personal info. If they do not care about customer service and upholding respect for their customers, imagine what they are doing with your phone. Just some food for thought.

Horrible customer service , got my sons iPhone 6 repaired and same day the phone was not working .we waiting two days and returned they claimed that it was fixed , a week and a half later I returned today and Not only did I get cursed at because I was displeased with the quality of their repair products but was asked to leave because I warned other customers coming in about the poor quality .They use cheap products and try to tell me " I dropped my phone again ". & the "lcd isnt broken " when my phone is clearly on however the touch does not work . This place is a complete SCAM. I demanded my money back and am awaiting the clearance of transaction , if not I will be back there again. The only reason why there are so many 5 star reviews is because they bribe customers to write a five star review and they will receive 5$ off of their repair cost , ill advised to spend your money here especially if you have an iPhone.

Worst business ever!!! went in to get screen replaced they did not have the color screen i needed so the put one on temporary went back to get the correct color and they tried charging me again to replace the screen. After a week the screen started lifting off, advised the business of this and they accused me of dropping my phone when i didnt. While standing in line another guest came in complaining of the same issue. They told her she had dropped her phone as well and they are not replacing it. The women working there was very rude. Cops were called not a good Scene. BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

I found them on Groupon. When I got there, I was told my Groupon did not cover the glass and LCD repair. I was told to request a refund from Groupon and they would charge me the full price for the glass and LCD repair. I felt that the customer service was lacking to make a reasonable transaction, especially since their Groupon indicates $161 in repairs for the glass but, they wanted to charge $109 for the glass and LCD repair. It just didnt make sense me. I declined the service and went down the block to All Cell Repairs where they honored their own Groupon and just charged a slight up front fee for the LCD repair.

BEST PLACE TO GO! We called half a dozen repair shops in the area and not only was Phone Repair Factory the only one that had the part IN STOCK but even on the phone the owner was very honest and confident that he could fix my husbands phone on the spot. These guys are very experienced and knowledgeable! Their prices are honest and they only charge you for the work they need to perform. We ended up paying for FAR LESS than the other repair places that I called, who didnt even have the part in stock or know what they were talking about when we asked them technical questions. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

Bad Customer Service. They change there price every other day. One day you have to deal with Moe the other day you have to deal with his wife. His wife gives you better prices. Also quality of their screens is bad. The glass pops off after a week or so. When you return to the store they tell you that its something you did. Sounds to me like they are using cheap supplies. I will never go to them again. Also if your a store be aware that GKW Go Crazy Wireless does business with him so they might be selling you screens as Brand New when they are really refurbished. These people should be more honest with us clients.

DO NOT go there. Took my phone there to replace a broken screen. A month later the screen was lifting. I went in to have it fixed. When I walked in, there was a man having the same issue and she told him it was his fault and that he dropped it. I told her my phone was having the same issue and she told me it was my fault that I had dropped it (which I had not). Refused to fix it without paying $95. After leaving the store I found multiple reviews saying the screen had lifted after going to this place. The woman (owner of the company) was extrememly rude to the other customer and to me.
