The staff at this Verizon kiosk in Altamonte Mall are attentive and very helpful. highly recommend this store. I purchased my iPhone 6 new from them about a year ago and loved the customer service so much that we went back when my husband needed an upgrade. I must mention that we drive about 50 minutes to get to this mall from our home and pass about 3 Verizon stores along the way, but we wont go to another store as long as this one continues to employee good people. Rodney Breedlove assisted us on this visit and I was extremely impressed by the continued good service that we had come to expect from the first interaction. Thank you again for outstanding customer service!

Fernando, Rodney and Imran are great. Fernando sold me the Note 7 a couple of weeks ago and was also able to lower my plan. When I got the text from Verizon today, I called regarding the issues with the phone. Imran was very courteous and told me to come by . As soon as I got there Fernando told me I was one of the first people he thought of when he heard about the problem. I decided to turn the phone in. Imran and Rodney took very good care of me. They were all very personable and made me feel like we were old friends. Im not usually a mall kiosk shopper but very impressed with their customer service!!!! GOOD JOB!!!

Came in with a phone issue, was approached by a young man named Danny who was super sweet and had a lot of energy and knew exactly what he was talking about. I ended up getting a new phone this day and a tablet i wasnt to sure about, so his lovely boss Jose came and introduced himself and talked me into this tablet which by the way my son loves!!!! They even lowed my bill! These two were a GREAT help and i recommend everyone to go see. They will make your whole day, defiantly was a great experience here and very knowledgeable staff!!!! Thanks again, guys! I will never go to another Verizon again. :)

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. They have the best customer service ever. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a lady named Ashley. She helped me switch my family of four from t-mobile that was charging me way to much. She knew what she was talking about and made sure I understood everything before I walked out the door. At the end of the transaction the store manager by the name of Jose came out and told me if I ever needed anything him and Ashley would be there to help.

Outstanding customer service! Went looking for a iPhone 7 couldnt find it anywhere till Fernando stopped me and greeted me and started talking about a bundle with the iPhone 7. He explained everything and how everything was going to work he was very patient and answered all my questions I had asked him. Amazing customer service and he has a awesome team behind him.

Went in to replace a broken phone, left with new hardware and a cheaper plan along with some unexpected thoughts of hope for our future - lol. Highly recommend working with this crew.

I WAS WALKING BY AND HAD A QUESTION ABOUT A BATTERY!!!!! I ended up get a new phone, a HUM for my car- which I love- and an upgrade...all while saving money on my monthly service!!! Excellent Verizon service in the Mall!!! Will recommend-Will be back!!!! Very knowledgeable team in Altamonte Mall!!

My experience has been a delightful one! Usually going to Verizon is a headache for me but after recent visit they have restored my faith in Verizon, Jose was extremely helpful and polite he took his time with me and was in no rush. Thank you for the great customer service and my new Iphone 7!
