I went to this store on 3rd march to take Iphone cover..firstly there were 4 employees who were working on billing of 1 customer..as all of them were not aware of reward program registration.Then after waiting for 15 min in queue.(there was no one in the queue except me) person on the counter called me with a weired gesture. by pointing the figure..and then to bill 1 item he took another 5 min..HORRIBLE expereince..never go to this store in Altamonte Mall,FL

They are full of it! They lied from beginning to end. Our overall plan was supposed to be cheaper and turns out we are now paying more. What a bunch of lying ass holes. The rep LIED to us saying we will be paying $100.00 for our plan with phones then our first bill comes and we are paying close to $200! We call her for an explanation and shes on the phone lying again. Unreal
