Cant get waited on unless they think you are buying a phone. Guy said he couldnt access my account, that all answers and password were wrong. I went in to cut down our bill after getting home internet and there simply was no need for such a high data plan. The ONLY reason I am still with Cricket is by following up with a phone call, I (for the 1st time in 3 years of service with them) actually spoke with a cs rep that was helpful with my needs. Found out the answers I have the guy at the store were correct (should have been; I had them written down)... He just absolutely did not want to help us. Havent been back and will NOT be buying my next phone there. Someone else will get my money. I refuse to give that store another dime. (I have purchased 5 phones from that store, adding up to almost $3,000.00) ... LOL...went there once before that for help with my 900.00 phone and left in tears and phone still not working. Never again. If you happen to visit this store you will get great service as long as they are SELLING YOU A PHONE. AFTER THAT, forget it...

Cricket use to be a great choice. Customer service at this store is bad to say the least. I would stay away from this store. Its all about getting you to sign and buy new phones you dont need. Made me buy new phone that didnt work right from day one. Went back to store the next day and than a couple more times. Told me. Nothing wrong. Spent 6 different times with Cricket customer service for over 7 hours (using another phone as mine didnt work) to find out. They put in wrong info in my account. Then I had to pay for shipping for new phone as it was over 7 days old. Also read all complaints for AT&T and Cricket in recent months. Thousands. They got to big to fast and cant handle it.

Unbelievable staff . Thank you for restoring our faith in customer service that Americans have forgotten lately . We would not go any place else for a phone .keep up the good work .

I would have never thought that I could be paying $40 a month with unlimited EVERYTHING and no hidden fees or contract until my friend told me about Cricket. Im glad I changed because my old carrier was ridiculous with their prices and I would have dropped calls ALL the time. Also, the staff is pretty cool and very friendly!
