I am very disappionted with the customer service from Scott and Chris at the Orange City location. I was harassed repeatedly to buy a product and refused the promotion multiple times. After being pressured to make the purchase, I returned the following day to get a refund. They refused me and said I can only get an exchange. I would never recommend Metro PCS to anyone. I will strongly recommend for potential customers not to do business with Metro PCS, especially at the Orange City fl 32713 location.

They never have more than a couple people. Small location, but its usually a long wait to do simple stuff like pay your bill. Also has uneducated workers that tell you different things and would prefer to just say no and get you our as opposed to find the real answer and help you.
