I am only giving this visit five stars because of Philip, I think her name was Rebecca and Mike. I initially came in to get my phone upgraded and Robert the store manager took care of me. He was extremely rude to everyone, including me. The store was quite busy and maybe he was having a bad day but he was very very aggressive. It was only my second time in the store and it made me not want to go back there ever again. I knew I had to go back because I had placed an order for the new iPhone 7. Luckily when the phone came in the store Philip called me and when I went in to pick it up it was a totally different experience. He was very nice polite he helped me he took his time. He is an asset to your company. There were two other employees that were helpful polite and just all-around nice. They are the reason that I am giving my experience five stars. If I had not ordered a phone I would never return to that store because of Robert the manager. He gave the store a bad look. Philip, Rebecca and Mike good save. I will come back to that store to shop. But I definitely will not have Robert take care of me.

Boris, at the Willoughby Verizon store, was wonderful today! I stopped in with a simple question about storage and phone backup...and walked out with a new phone with 8x the storage. Of course there was a chance to take advantage of some special offers. Im leaving as a happy camper! Boris transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and patiently answered the many questions that a non-tech savvy 63 yr old might have. I LOVE this store...no waiting and personal service and they dont make you feel stupid for having questions. Ive recommended this place to every Verizon customer I know.

My husband and I have gone to other Verizon stores in the area of where we live. I have never been treated like this store treated us! The customer service is amazing. The deals were fantastic and we love our phones! The salesman Phillip was was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. And to Phillip we give him 5 gold stars, you are very good at what you do. Keep up the great work. You guys are the best!

Boris was lit! I brought my tweens in to get upgrades to a 6S and Boris took the time to review my account and upgrade our phones. We had a ton of fun while in the store (Boris has some serious "mommy" moves!)...he did a great job up-selling (without pressuring us) and answering all my questions. Ill definitely come back to him when my phone is due for an upgrade! #thatssoboris

Ramsey always takes care of all of my needs. I highly recommend this verizon. The staff is very kind and welcoming. After having issues with other stores in the past this location restored my faith in verizon. Id give them 6 stars if I could!
