Terrible customer service..told me it was mandatory to purchase monthly insurances for my phone at $13 a month. When I got home I logged on to Verizons website and was able to cancel it immediately. Basically the employees lied to earn commissions. Also the owner of this store is also the owner of the chesterland location.. I received a text from them that threatened to use my personal information unless I came in and bought a phone from them. This threat was sent to me via text from thier personal cell number. When I called to question this, they gave a lame excuse that someone in the store was playing with the phones. I dont think customers have access to your personal phone. basically this store and the one in Chesterland teaches their employees how to cheat and steal from customers. I am filing police reports and warning anybody not to use their service..

I would not even give this place 1 star but its making me as a minimum! They told me I would be getting a 400 credit when I switched over from another carrier to Verizon - which was huge and a big reason why I switched carriers but then didnt do it and now are saying they made a mistake and will not be giving me the credit and they do not care at all!! The Verizon store in Chagrin Falls will not make it right- nor will Verizon. The store in chagrin is not a Verizon store - even though it says that on the store front! So Verizon will not make it right either ..since the store In Chagrin is an independent vendor they say there in nothing they can do!! They complete misled me and will not make it right! Dont go to this store - or any cellular central - be sure to check because version will not support any errors they make!

This store, like stated already, isnt a true Verizone store.. I purchased four (4) phones and these so called sales people are con artists!! They will tell you what you want to hear and then, after the contracts written , be unable to keep to their word!! After several calls, another visit, no solution. The "manager" is very incompetent and when I ask to speak to the regional manager, Im told that I cant speak with him?? They present themselves as a Verizon store but, even after contacting Verizon, they claim its a separate entity..... You think a company such as Verizon would wish to be better represented!! The store manager has no business ethic and I will report this company to the BBB!! DO NOT SUPPORT these scammers!! They dont reserve your business!!

My business has 6 lines with Verizon and we are pleased with the service from the carrier. That being said, the Chagrin Falls location has lost any future business on new phones or accessories. The owner purchased a charging cord to replace the factory one. It failed 5 days later on a trip to Canada. He replaced it en route with a different brand. Less than 2 weeks later this location refused to credit it back. We dont need a replacement. The unit was demonstrated to be defective to the manager. Hey, his loss! There are plenty of reputable Verizon locations out there.

James was extremely helpful. Set me on on an s7 and gave me awesome promotions. He was really informative and didnt leave anything out. I cant say Ive had a better Verizon experience in my life. I will always come back to this store for my business. The other associate Neil helped me out a lot as well even though I wasnt his customer. Everyone should go to this store for your Verizon needs.

I never look forward to a trip to Verizon... but this store is great! The sales rep was extremely knowledgable & made the process of replacing my old phone stress-FREE. I paid, left to grab a cup of coffee, and my new phone was all set up! They even had the screen protector I puchased installed by the time I got back! Awesome customer service!

great store, everyone there was so friendly and had everything I needed right there. Not only did I get to upgrade my phone right then and there and then also got a brand new tablet for free! I love it and everything got done so fast too. I didnt have to worry about anything.
