I had a very similar experience to another reviewer on here. I hardly ever write reviews but I was treated so rudely I felt obligated to warn others. The associates at the store were very nice and as helpfuI as possible the problem was with the manager. He was extremely rude and hid in the back of the store for over an hour before eventually coming out front and accused me of using a European phone and that was the cause of my issue. I attempted to explain that I purchased the phone from Motolorollas site a few weeks ago and it is an unlocked 2014 moto g second generation US GSM model XT1064. I literally proved that he was wrong right to his face and he just continued to accuse me of using a Euro model. This went on nothing got resolved and eventually I just left. I would never recommend going to this store. It was an awful experience with an awful manager.

My wife stopped in to replace her broken phone with our newborn. The person taking check-ins told her it would be an hour wait at least. So 2 hours by the time they swapped the phone. No manager in store, 2 sales people and a check in person only. The checking person just stood around playing on an ipad. This is an unreasonable amount of time to swap a broken phone for a working one. Att you need to can the manager at this corporate store. They are not managing, all the reviews on here state horrible customer service and rude associates. My "next" phone will be bought in a Verizon store. At least they dont waste my time and cause a newborn baby to go hungry waiting for his mom to get her phone replaced. My whole home direct TV installation took the same amount of time that this store took to replace a single mobile phone. Horrible!

I bought the full boat of services from this location. Wireless, High speed Internet, new smartphone and cable. There was supposed to be incentives like gift cards and discounts. I just called back for the fifth time to find out where the hell my discounts and gift cards are. You cannot get people to help you, they just transfer you. I actually did get the manager Blaine to call me back regarding my last screw up issue from there. Today my phone has no internet, they owe me a $50 dollar gift card, and the navagation does not work on my HTC Intriuge. Look elsewhere for service or be prepared to fight to get the discounts they have promised. ATT, you continue to suck.

I walked in to the store right as they were opening. I asked about the iPhone 6s and 6 and was told they didnt have any. After that the store clerk ignored me. He didnt offer to try to find a store that had one and he didnt offer to find me any other phone that would have meet my needs. It was as if I didnt exist. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never return to that AT&T store.

Great experience when I first went in with a sales associate. Horrible experience this time with the manager. Completely unprofessional and did not make me feel at ease. When I got agitated, he went on the attack instead of calming me down. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible attitude. Staff thinks that they have monopoly over our wallets because they sell iPhones. Definately recommend to buy at Walmart. You will not feel any diffrence in service and will pay less.

Stood in store for 30 min. like I was invisible. No one greeted me or knew I was there. Just wanted to buy a car charger. Spend $500 a month for U-verse service. Very pissed off.
