I went to buy my wife a Galaxy S8. End up buying the deal, buy 1 get 1 free S8 plus. Pay one off. I was being help by a young lady. She was friendly, but seen to struggle a little bit on her work. Maybe she was new. Then a young black man that work there as well. Offer me a great deals (thats what I thought ) on a wireless charger, 2 screen protectors, and shatter proof case for the phone. All that for $15. I asked him, "whats the catch?" He replied, "no catch". When I received the bill. T-Mobile charge me for stuff that I was not told about, and for all the equipment that I thought I had a great deals on. I went from $140 to $200+ a month. I was piss. I call T-Mobile. Apparently T-Mobile dont believe in holding the store sales people accountable for their wrong doing that cost customers unnecessary money from their pockets. They gave me $20 credit back. Woww. I am considering leaving T-Mobile after over 15yrs with them. One more screw up, I will definitely terminate my service with T-Mobile.

The T-Mobile Store located on the corner of Hunt Club and E Semoran Blvd. was the best store I have ever been to. The Store Manager (Tom) is very knowledgeable and will work hard to resolve your issues All of the employees there are very professional and courteous on working with you and trying to best fit your needs. They dont try to pressure you on buying their products, they mostly explain the benefits and features base on your needs. Ive been to other T-Mobile stores around the area needless to say Im not to happy with them. I said to myself that i will never go back. My Main store from now on will be the T-Mobile Store on Hunt Club. Thank You From a Satisfied T-Mobile Customer

Today I went in to buy an iPhone 7. A young black man named David approached me in a cocky way he said "Yo sup my mans what are you trying to cop." I told him an iPhone 7 he said "oh deadass B Im the plug" I was stunned by his awesome accent. He then brought me over to the phone I was looking to purchase. We got into a conversation on fashion. He told me his favorite outfit was a pair of timberlands, some baggy jeans and I du-rag under his yankee cap. He ended up "plugging" me with an iPhone, which I am very happy with. When I left he said "On my momma son you my mans now B if you need anything heres my info B." Thanks David you the man.

I remember taking my note 4 for a raised screen and expanded battery. The store manager stated it was my fault on why the lcd screen was raised. Wanted to charge me full price to replace it. He didnt even open the phone. Went to Tmobile store at the Altamonte Mall, and the 1st thing they did was to open the phone, remove the battery and what we saw was an expanded battery ready to explode. The rep called tmobile and a new phone and battery was sent to me at no charged. Then news was out a week later on the Note 4 batteries.

Worst place ever to get any service....how can you sell me a s3 frontier and not activate the SIMcard. No one in this location couldnt figure the problem out and when I go to exchange it thinking that the s3 frontier didnt have the functions of the classic they where trying to charge me a restocking fee...and didnt even want to try and meet me in the middle I had to go to the obt location where in 10 minutes Alex figured the whole messed up these incompetent people couldnt

Ive visited this store twice and both times resulted in me having to call T-mobiles customer service number to fix whatever the store associate did to my account while upgrading phones. Their latest blunder rendered my phone useless for 2 hours while I had to wait for the primary account holder to call customer service because they failed to activate the sim card at the store.

I was in the store for 10 minutes and not one staff member acknowledged me. Not even to say they would be with me as soon as they could. The only person who spoke to me was an angry customer while told me "hey lady, you need to sign in or they not gonna serve you!" And shoved a clipboard in my hands. I signed in, waited 20 more minutes and nothing. I left.

Hi I love this location costume service. They take their time with you. I have a location closer to my home location but they dont compare. I have to come to this location to get things done right. Love the team, they are friendly, patient, and fun, you forget they have other costumer , how they give you thier undivided attention, keep it up guys

Ive been here several times and all of those times Ive been disappointed with their customer service. They act uptight and theyre rude. Ive been to other Tmobiles and its nothing but a friendly environment but this place its crazy. They tend to put other stores in the area down that way they can keep a few customers.

I got mislead once there to buy a new phone and get one free. months later they told me I wasnt eligible and need now to pay for both phones. Oh change to a plan that is more expensive than what I have now. The store knows they mess up but no one can do anything.

After a long day at work I arrive at the store around 7 PM. There were only two people working. I waited for 45 minutes and in that time they managed to move only one customer! Do not recommend this location.

Poor customer service, the lady was able to switch my phone from go smart to T mobile but I couldnt keep the same phone number even thou I provided her with all of my infos so that really pissed me off!
