My boyfriend and I walked in one day to pay our phone bill and it got paid, or so we thought it did. About a week or so later our phones got shut off. Wondering why this couldve possibly happened we went back to the store with our receipt. Turns out the "manager" Brittney had paid someone elses phone bill with our money because she typed the wrong phone number in when we paid our bill. This would have never happened if she would have verified the phone number like she is supposed to. So that day we walk out of there thinking everything is good, but we were wrong again. Come the next day our phones are off again. So we go up there for the third time..apparently the womans bill who brittney paid with our money was less expensive than our bill so we still owed $11.00. I was outraged at this point because to think i owe that money after all this time i have wasted is ridiculous. Plus at this point i have had to come to the store 3 times just to get a bill paid. She told us she could not cover the fee, nor could we just have our damn money back. I will NEVER come to this store again. If you are the "manager" you should know how to pay a damn phone bill the right way the first time and not question me like it is my fault. Do yourself a favor and do not use metro as a phone service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! Dont tell a paying customer what you cant do because you dont feel like doing it. Its not fair or right . I Was in as one the representatives was with another customer , she looked me dead in my face twice and then after the second Time she was like well be right with you . Like what!!!! They dont like to give you your money back nor do they care if they inconvenience you . Glad Im with another company !

Eric was an excellent patient salesman. Not only did he advise myself and my husband of the unlimited family plan but he was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products i inquired about and he was seriously the best "phone " representative Ive ever dealt with. Great location and great service every time. I have bout 4 phones from this location and have been working with Natacha, she really knows her products. If you are looking for a headache free experience this young lady really knows her stuff including the different phones and their systems.
