Every time I have gone into Go Wireless in Dover, Ohio, the staff there is excellent! All are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, & never too busy to answer your questions, no matter how many people are there! You get waited on promptly & they take excellent care to help with whatever problem you are having. And even if youre not having problems, Michele Perez will answer your questions or show you how to do whatever it is youre trying to do. She says "there are no dumb questions!" I like that!!!! She has helped me on a number of occasions, always friendly & anxious to help. I have purchased my last 2 Samsung Galaxy cell phones from here & hope to purchase another soon. I will definitely ask for Michele because I know she has all the answers to my questions. Excellent service!!!!!

Brady Winland took care of me after a poor experience with Jon, Jon didnt explain we didnt know what he was talking about poor concentration but and when called Jon said it would cost $20 to take a class with him when I came back in a couple days later Brady took care of me and my questions great customer service on his part
