Terrible customer service..told me it was mandatory to purchase monthly insurances for my phone at $13 a month. When I got home I logged on to Verizons website and was able to cancel it immediately. Basically the employees lied to earn commissions. Also the owner of the store and the one in Chagrin Falls threatened to use my personal information unless I came in and bought a phone from them. This threat was sent to me via text from thiet personal cell number. When I called to question this day gave a lame excuse that someone in the store was playing with the phones. I dont think customers have access to your personal phone period basically this store in the one in Sherman Falls teaches their employees how to cheat and steal from customers. I am filing police reports and warning anybody not to use their service.
