Our familys experience with this store was hideous. We were misinformed when entering into a contract for three new phones, then actually lied to by several sales people, and in the end scammed out of money. The manager told me the bank was holding our refund, but in truth, the refund was never processed after a month. Our bank had to intervene, we had to file a fraud charge against this store, and our own bank refunded the money within 24hrs of filing the claim. Verizon, the real Verizon, finally got involved to help as well and refunded all the extra charges that this store tried to charge us throughout the lengthy problem. Verizon also recommended we deal only with them or with a Verizon store, not a satelite store like Cellular Central, Inc. I would NOT recommend going to this store for any reason.

Three Words: Exceptional Customer Service. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Management was incredibly helpful. I was pleased to have been presented with answers to all of my questions, as well as a handful of future account options, & an informative explaination of each. Staff was punctual, professionally dressed and well mannered. All of my concerns were addressed, my issues were solved. I felt as a customer, that the staff cared about making my experience memorable. I walked out of the door feeling satisfied with my decision in choosing Cellular Central Inc. I will be pleased with returning my service to this store. I look forward to being welcomed with smiling faces in a great business atmosphere.

Had an extremely bad experience here. Went in to straighten out an account issue initiated by Verizon. Was told I would be able to "save a lot of money" by merging two accounts. The staff failed to tell me that there would be a $40 setup fee, and a $75 reactivation fee. While I was standing there, I got an email from Verizon saying my new monthly bill would be almost DOUBLE what I currently pay. Seeing that, I said that I did NOT want to change anything, and wanted to reverse the agreement, since these charges were not disclosed to me during the process. The manager began insulting me and said I accused them of lying. A shouting match ensued. No way to treat a customer!!! Dont go there!!!

Do not buy from here!!!! They LIE!!! They are not a Corporate Verizon dealer. They dont deserve one star! They scam you into things by telling you its "free" or part of the package and then when you receive your bill you are being billed for the "free items". They fought us on returning our phones and all the "free" crap even when it was within the 14 day return time and then charged us a $75 restocking fee each even though their return policy states its a $35 restocking fee. The sales rep was rude and unprofessional. Please tell everyone you know. We called Verizon directly and they are handling the problem and we are ordering our phones through them.

Place is a joke they sold my mother a phone after telling her the old one was broken when all it needed was a password. They then tried to charge a 75 dollar restocking fee and wouldnt refund the accessories they sold her. The manager told me to the out of his store and not come back when I asked him to do the right thing and make her whole without fees. Had to call Verizon and they called the store to fix the issue. Bottom line these people are a bunch of shady people who had no problem taking advantage of an elderly person to make a buck. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real Verizon store.

Employees do not know pricing for external services they sell. Do not buy the Gadget Guards. It is not worth your money or time. $39.95 for the product and lifetime warranty. I was told all I would have to pay for is shipping $3-$7 but nothing that high. Cheapest Service is $5.99 for 5-7 days on shipping and then it goes up. Gadget Guard customer service was worse. The cable companies are better and more helpful to talk to then this company. No supervisor to talk to as well. I do not mind spending money on quality products sold locally. This is a disappointment and not worth the time.

Love this store, will continue to shop there and refer ALL of my friends and family there! extremely thorough sales reps that give you checklists over everything that happened in store, so leaving the store wondering what your bill will be or if you were notified of all fees is a thing of the past. The worst VZW encounter Ive had. A salesman told my mother my account used 0GB of data the past 3 months, in fact I had averaged 12GB, and told her a 6GB plan would be more than enough for all of us. He then sold her a Galaxy S4 and case for $67 when that phone is $1 online. Just shopping online next time. Cheers!

The sales person who helped was WONDERFUL! Answered all my questions, transferred everything over to my new phone with no problems and even pointed out if I changed my plan, I would be saving money on my monthly bill and provided a print out detailing all the charges. Very happy with their customer service!

Thank God this location is under new ownership. Ive been here in the past and my experience was not good at all. I stopped in the other day and wow its amazing now. The staffs attitude has changed and there are new deals with this new company. I will definitely start coming back to this location.

STAY AWAY. Treated very poorly...sales representatives (PJ) shouted profanity and was very disrespectful when trying to return an item. Never go to this Verizon wireless they bait you in bad deals with smiles, but are extremely manipulative and lie to you about their service.

I went there with my daughter to get a new phone. I have never been more happy with the service from Eugene, Connor and James. They really hooked us up and even walked out with an iPad. These guys are great! If you need a phone or accessories, I would go there! They rock!
