Lousy customer service. I went in to exchange a phone which has been intermittently losing data connection for the last three months and to purchase two new phones for my family. I visited the store twice for the failing phone and they tried to fix it both times. On this visit they simply refused to do anything to get the problem resolved. I requested a replacement phone and I was told that they could not as this is "a known issue with this type of phone". I asked to talk to the manager and he said I would have to live with this, despite the fact that the phone was still under warranty. I then went home and called Verizon to complain about the way I was treated. The first person I talked to was able to get my phone replaced immediately and set up the two additional lines for me. I dont know if they work on commission, but I spent around 800 dollars to buy two of their newest phones and accessories. This was money that I had planned to spend in the store, but I was treated poorly so they lost the sale.

Cannt give a negative number. Not helpful. Person waiting on me acted like she was doing me a favor. Got home and phone didnt work. Sim card set up wrong. Back to store after an hour with tech support. Phone mail didn’t work. After hours on the phone with tech support found out my emails were being forwarded to another number. Another set up problem. Trying to return my note 7, no help-hey its Samsong problem. These people are incompetent They shold change store management, fire incompetent employees and train the rest.

Dishonesty. I was told with device coverage its 100 to replace the device no questions asked. David was the sales associate to say that which turns out to be incorrect. Sean the manager when confronted with this only said he would look into it. While I have to pay 150. The 50 isnt why Im angry its the inability to maintain your word. Plus the insurance company making me jump through hoops. Very poor customer service. Soon as my contact is done Im done with verizon unless they make an active effort to correct this.

This staff is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. All they cared about was leaving the store near closing time, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Michael was the SOLUTIONS MANAGER and he said he just wanted to leave the store that night rather than find a solution to why we came to the store. All we wanted to do was activate my daughters phone and turn in the other one. Mission NOT accomplished. Avoid this Verizon store! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The sales rep was polite however, he was very deceitful in order to make a sale. Was told I needed items only sold in the store when that in fact was not the case. Was also told I would be able to retrieve information that i was unable to get. When I called to speak with the store manager he was very rude. I cant believe a store with such low reviews and ratings is still open. Very angry, sad and disappointed.

Horrible customer service! They refused to exchange my faulty phone that was within the 14 day exchange period even though customer service (on the phone) told them to. I had to wait for my phone in the mail, and then mail the faulty one back. Employees here only care about getting that sale and commission , they dont care if you get a defective phone.

I took in my new NOTE 5 to activate and transfer my data from my NOTE 3. What they ended up doing besides setting up my phone was to erase all of my saved documents except contacts and photos. LOVELY. No way to retrieve since they asked if I wanted to clear out my NOTE 3 and I said yes since I thought they had transferred all my data over.

Went into this store to upgrade the guy told me old it should be a few minutes then someone else walks in and they helped that person like we was even in there after I just talked to him smh terrible service and thats the reason Im never coming back there

Olivia is the best. We have never experienced such exceptional service at Verizon. She provided us many options to save us money, put on our screen protectors perfectly, and sat through the tediousness of transferring data to my new phone. Love her!
