usage is not as described poor service on both phone and internet. customer service very poor. they had the wrong address and email address on my account. when going to store in Sebring the customer service refer to you as honey, sweety, or sweetheart etc I find this very offensive at 75 years young I dont want a stranger calling me honey!!!!i after many calls and visits I found a person with better knowledge and hope she will improve my service....thank GOD

Verizon is definitely the best provider out there (also the most expensive) but if you ever have issues prepare to wait hours for service here. Every time i go here it takes no less than two hours of waiting (if your lucky) or you may just have to set an appointment for another day. The first few times i had to go here i thought i was just unlucky and had picked a bad time. At this point im probably just going to switch providers.

Very helpful & knowledgeable, once you can speak to an associate. Problem is sometimes it can take awhile before you get to speak to one. They also need more seating.
