Honestly this store deserves no star and where do I even begin with my horrible experience. The 1st day I went was to get some info about switching to sprint and to discuss their unlimited data plan. I was welcomed by Rick who I guess is the manager (was unaware at the time). So Im telling him why I wanted to switch from my current provider to theirs and he precedes to argue over how much data I actually use which was extremely irritating because he was more concerned about trying to sell me on a more expensive plan than actually listening to what type of plan I needed...so I leave immediately honestly didnt even want to shake his hand. The 2nd day I go in with my grandmother who was also wanting to switch to sprint for their unlimited plan even though I had a gut feeling to not trust these people...I should never have stepped foot back in that store. FYI I went to the corporate store in Lakeland who gave me quote on the plan I wanted went thru a credit check and had an account set up with no issue. We dealt with a newer employee who was being coached by some red headed man. With my credit I should have paid $0 down but when they pulled up the account they said it would be $25 which I thought was odd since I had just been to the corporate store in Lakeland the day prior. So I asked why that was...no answer so the guy comes back logs back in and it magically jumps up to $100 down for each phone. How?!?! Against my better judgement we pay for the phones and the red headed guy continued to contradict himself so I stopped the process all together which turned into the worsed experience of my life with ANY store. They lied and said the money couldnt be refunded even though Sprint has a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed or all money back. The way that man spoke to my grandmother was honestly disgusting and Casey (another manager) sat back and didnt get involved until my bf called to complain while we were still in the store. They had switched my grandmothers phone # over and we didnt even have the phones in our hands they are still sitting on the desk in a box. So after arguing for what seemed like forever we had to rush over to Verizon to get it fixed...we didnt leave Verizon until 9:30pm. 3rd day my grandmother goes to the sprint store where Rick (the manager) had locked the freaking door and his excuse the next day after she tried to go to the store was that he had too many people there. What kind of a manager or person does something like that its disgusting. 5th day I went to corporate sprint in Lakeland and find out I had an almost $500 bill I then I had to call customer care to get that taken care of. The following week my grandmother goes back because the money was never refunded and while she was there speaking to Rick (the manager who locked the door on her) insinuated that we could be sued because my bf wrote a review that they believed was slanderous and also said corporate was taking the review down...well its still there lol. Its not slander when its true maybe if the store focused on training their employees to be honest and courteous there wouldnt be negative reviews. I will never switch to Sprint because of this experience. I do find it amusing that after that particular negative review there was a bunch of good ones that were fake in order to boost their rating...and then you got another bad review from someone after who had a bad experience. Theres so many other lies and contradictions we were told I cant even write all of them. My advice is go to a corporate store this one is not. My grandmother just today got the rest of her refund back...its been a freaking MONTH dealing with this store. Wonder what the Better Business Bureau would think about all this....

My gf and her grandmother were looking into switching from Verizon to sprint. My gf went to this store first and got an employee there that would not listen to what she wanted, but kept telling her what she needed without giving any explanation. She got annoyed and met up with me and we went to a corporate store in south Lakeland, kris Owen from the south Lakeland store gave her all the info she needed showed her the different phones and listened to what she wanted, he pulled her credit and set up the entire plan and gave her the price of the plan and phones less tax.. The account and everything was already set up with no money down and $172.00 a month. She told her grandma and they came back to this Sebring store thinking everything was already done, that all they would have to do is sign and pick their new phones.. Boy were they wrong. Cedric re-submitted credit told them it was $170 down and their payment would be $219 a month. Told her the Lakeland corporate store was lying. Well they switched her phone from Verizon to sprint without signatures and took down payment money. When my gf let me know the price jumped up I told her to stop have them undue everything and we will go back to the corporate store. They claim they are not a corporate store that corporate can do much more, thats why their prices are higher. I called and talked to Casey the "store manager" sounded very rude and like she could care less about the situation. Said they cant undue what they have done that theyd have to go to Verizon. Well they get to Verizon and they only thing they can do is start another contract with them which ruins the entire point of going to sprint.. Shut this place down filled with a bunch of morons I suggest going to an actual corporate store!

Is a guy really rude guy (long red beard , white red hair) this guy hates his job! He could care less about the customer. I went to pick my husband phone and he look at me took a while to just say how can I help you!? Then asked me my info and didnt right it down just walk back look and told me that Of he didnt called me I shouldnt go over there. Well my husband did talk to someone that told him his phone was ready..... My husband called back next day and the phone was there. This guy is probably a racist! Was another older spanish guy saying that his phone was getting hot and everybody else on his house had rhe same phone and their pjones didnt do that , he said that "is nothing I can so for you, phones do that".... Well I worked for radioshack for many years and Im a women and I know that It is things that you can do to try and help this poor guy! This red head long beard guy needs to be fired!!!!

My husband and I went into the store about a week ago to switch to Sprint and we got two NEW Galaxy S7. The customer service was excellent! Everybody was so nice and patient with our cellular needs. They even took the time to explain all the different options my husband and I had in choosing a plan that best fit us. We were super satisfied with the quality of service we got. I highly recommend this store.
