Disappointed! I was offered a 10% discount if I ordered on line and picked up in store. I purchased a car battery for 124.00 but was given a different battery at store that listed for 114.00 yet I could not get a refund for difference in price. I was told I had to talk to a manager who did not work on the weekends, and thats the only time Im able to get there. I have purchase golf cart and another car battery there but dont plan to ever buy there again.

I went in to Batteries and Bulbs to get the battery in my iPhone replaced. Nicole assisted me and she was wonderful! I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I walked out with a new battery, installed. I also booked the appointment online and received $10 off my bill because of that. Its a great perk for sure! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Batteries Plus Bulbs in Sebring, FL was able to quickly change the batteries in my old i phone 4s and provide the right batteries for a wireless phone. Also they gave me info on whether to replace the battery in a wireless vac or not. Really a great help. Very efficient and pleasant.

The personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. They were able to help me with one item and I will return another day to get their assistance with my other issue. The store was very neat. Location may be the only issue for this store but I will make the effort to go there.
