Horrible experience!! please do not waste your time here. Got a screen replaced and everything was working fine when received. Less than 7 days later it was sporadically white screening on me and not working as it was. Not thinking anything of it (thinking they would back their product) they instead to decided to fight with me for about 20 mins blaming a small scratch on the right side of the screen stating that was why it isnt working. After a yelling match, he decided to open up the screen and tighten the connector (what connects the screen to the motherboard of the phone) LONG AND BEHOLD the white screen and issues were having are GONE! So AFTER ALL OF THAT, if he wouldve just done that to begin with all of this wouldve been avoided!! Horrible experience, not worth the raise in blood pressure, and horrible customer service!

The only reason they get 1 star is because zero wasnt an option. I brought in my phone to get a cracked screen replaced. Nothing else was wrong with the phone. Once it was replaced, I quickly discovered that my thumbprint scan no longer worked. I informed them of this, but was ultimately told that it wasnt their fault and I was asked to leave. I paid almost $100.00 so that my phone would ultimately stop working all together. I have contacted the company itself with no responses back AT ALL. Shady business done by slimy people with ZERO integrity. Dont waste your time or money.

This was the worst experience Ive had in iPad/iPhone screen replacement. He took it apart to repair it and said it would be done in an hour. He broke a piece and told me he had to order something special that would take another day. I came back the next day, he said he ordered the wrong piece and it would take an extra 2 days. When I picked it up he tried to charge me for the piece that he broke! He couldnt even give it back to me until he condition I dropped it off in because he broke it! Worst service ever! Go anywhere else!

Got a Samsung J7 case for my mother in law. When I got to her home and tried it on the phone it was bigger than the case! I went back two days later and told the sales representative and asked for my money back he said no refund. I argued for 10 minutes saying you sold me a bad product, he said Ill give you another case I said my mother in law already got one I just need my money back he said no!!!
