I am writing in regards to my experience with the Cellular Sales representative Shirley Rosa. I could not be more pleased with her service, patience, and knowledge. As I walked into the St. Cloud store after work on a random weekday, I was only going in for information. Shirley called me over to her table within mere moments of my stepping into the store. I even apologized and said I was just here for lots of information, but Shirley did not seem phased by it at all. I know everyone works based upon commission, but she remained jovial, even seemed happy to share all of the information she could. We spoke for about an hour, she gave me sheets with all the pricing information broken down, and her number to reach her via call or text (which is fantastic because I love to text). I left and then texted her a few days later saying I was going with another company because they offered a greater discount through my workplace. Ultimately, my plans changed, and I did go with Verizon. I texted Shirley to let her know and she made plans to meet with me at the Verizon store in St. Cloud. I was adding myself to my sister’s already established Verizon account. Shirley was patient and walked me through the whole process. She waited while I obtained my account information from my former cellular company, and she even helped me figure out a data issue that my sister was having! We spent, I am not even sure how long, setting up 2 phones, an iPhone 5s and a LG G4. She was patient with me as I was moving (reluctantly) from an android to an iPhone, helped me set it up and ensured it was working. Even after I had signed all of my paperwork, paid my taxes, and left, I returned not 5 minutes later because I had already caused an issue with my iPhone. She fixed it with a smile and showed me how to not make that mistake again. I have to say since I left Verizon years ago, I thought I would never go back because in the world of no contracts and low prices, Verizon is a massive company with expenses I’d rather not pay. I had to return to a major carrier for business reasons, and I was very apprehensive. Shirley made me believe there might still be some good left in the big corporation wireless companies. Kudos to her.

Its a shame there arent enough stars to rate this store! Probably the best customer service ive ever had in a mobile phone store (HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT?) Mind you I am a brand new Verizon customer, and to be frank, this is possibly the best move ive couldve done. Right away Madison greeted my wife and I and sat down with us to ensure we got the best deal and best buy for our buck, which is rare nowadays with all the sales people who try and wring every dollar out of you just because. And the gentleman Mario was truly warm and welcoming and was also great! People like these 2 gentlemen are the reason why things such as exemplary customer service exist. Anyways just a heads up to anyone within the area that need to go to a Verizon store? Look no further...this is the place to go! Thank you so much guys!

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and was able to sit down to be helped. The customer service I received was amazing! I had my 6 month old son with me so I was a little nervous about how long it was going to take to resolve my issue. To my surprise I was eligable for an upgrade so not only did my issue get resolved super fast I walked out with the new LG G4! Love getting awesome customer service! Hard to find these days! I would recommend going to this location if you want walk out with a smile on your face!

I just received new phones and a tablet from Verizon store and the individual who was serviced us was Goose at the store and Saint Cloud he was absolutely phenomenal Ive been dealing with phones and service my whole life Im 62 years old and this guy was the most phenomenal Ive ever had in contact with you stayed with us he made this process seamless and we are so appreciative of what he did and he deserves whatever reward you guys could have given him so again thank you so much and please pass it on to him

Joset Riveras focus on the overall customer experience was exceptional. I had many questions for him about my Aunts phone, my account, data plan, etc...and he was so very helpful. I took notes during our conversation and he even ensured that I left with all of the right information written down. Joset is a refreshing change to the customer service world we live in. I would go back to this store anytime and I will refer people I know to go there. Thank you for your exceptional focus on the customer!

DO NOT GO THERE! If you do not want to waste your time, 7 rep stations and just 1 rep! In addition the rep was very rude, unprofessional and horrible costumer service, I waited for 1 hour and I never received his attention, nobody helped me, I wasted 1 hour of my life there. I was planning to make a change from t-mobile to Verizon but I am so disappointed that I changed my mind. They have lost two costumers that also walked out of the store other than myself.

I walked in the store a week ago needing help with my account and Mario Izqueirdo was able to order the phone custom phone I wanted and was able to help me replace another phone that had broken that wasnt manufactured anymore. He was awesome and got rid of my anxiety about dealing with multiple issues with the 5 phone lines I have. Ive already referred him to multiple people because you cant beat the kind of customer service he provides!

I was so irritated calling customer service about my sons phone and I wanted to leave Verizon. My son is stationed in Georgia in the army and switched from tmobile onto my account and we couldnt get the right information on the phone trade situation. I decided to come into the store to get help from the person who sold me my phone in August and I was completely satisfied with the help I got. Highly recommend and I will stay with Verizon.

I needed two phones and a tablet and my wife and I decided on Verizon as our provider. We used the St Cloud, FL office and could not be happier... Superb customer service! For someone who likes buying new equipment as much as a dentist visit, Siul Montalvo-Vasquez did a great job! She ensured that we got every discount and price break possible, while selling us the most capable equipment... Professional, courteous, helpful... Well Done!

Had a great experience at the St. Cloud Verizon Cellular Sales store after an awful experience at the corporate store in Kissimmee. I was immediately greeted by Ralph in the St.Cloud store who assisted me with the activation of my new phone and transfer of data of my old phone. I highly recommend going to this store for any of your Verizon cellular needs. They came highly recommended to me by Osceola Rants and Raves on Facebook.
