Wow this was a wonderful experience. I came into the store set on the iphone. Well i went to 3 other stores and everyone one tried talking me out of it, horrible experiences. This store not only set me up with the iphone with no hazel but they sat down and showed me how to use it. I have sent 2 of my friends there and they also had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended .

I went in for some advice about having a loose charging port. The girl there did help me find a solution but what irritated me was that before that she went through my phone and started deleting a bunch of my apps without my permission.. she said that they would drain my battery. I didnt ask about the battery life, I was trying to see about a hardware problem..

Couldnt ask for better service or selection. Adam is fantastic and took a lot of extra time setting up my new smart phone--invaluable for a first time user like me. Tried the corporate Verizon store and felt the service and phone selection were far inferior. Well be going here from now on and referring our friends as well.

This store is great!!! I went to this store because i was having problems using my phone and the sales person i spoke with answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure i was able to operate it. I send all of my friends and family to this store!!!

What a great experience! I walked in and out of this store, getting a new phone, and accessories within the amount of time that I usually have to wait to talk to somebody at the OTHER stores! This is an absolutely fantastic staff and manager!

i love this store. the employees were so helpfull i only had a few questons and they answered all of them.. i have john seteles card he was an amazing help i look forward to seeing him and larry again
