The staff at this location is so amazing! I drove 40 minutes to this particular verison store because Joshua, one of the techs I had the pleasure of dealing with in the past, works there. I called him in the morning and told him the problems Ive been having with my device and explained that I worked a double with a short break in between. He said he would work on the things he could before I arrived and would do everything he could to make sure I was back to work on time. When I got there, he went over options with me, tweaked my phone a little and told me to call or return if I kept having problems. Before he sent me on my way, I noticed a dead bat on the front of my car. One of the other gentleman, Joe (with the company of Billy and Dante), continued fantastic customer service by removing the bat from my car!!!! EWWWW! So on a scale of 1 to 5, I give ALL These gentlemen a 10!

Do not go here. Tried to screw my girlfriend, mom, and me over. And then tried to lie about it. They have no idea what they are talking about and are not a corporate location. They tried to put charges and give us "free" tablets,which now Im stuck having to return everything. Its not worth wasting your time here,very disappointed with everything.

Thank God this location is under new ownership. Ive been here in the past and my experience was not good at all. I stopped in the other day and wow its amazing now. The staffs attitude has changed and there are new deals with this new company. I will definitely start coming back to this location

I just wanted to point out how much this store has improved. I had stopped coming in awhile ago because of some bad experiences there but this last time was really great. They told me they were a different company now though so as long as they keep it up, Ill keep coming back.
