worst customer service, for my clients, me as a manager for a metropcs store in orlando and receive so many complaints from this location, and then they block my customers phone in a black negative list with no reason, its very unprofessional! i will defensively contact corporate store.! please hire new managers and employees if the ones you have dont want to work :D experience of 5 years in metropcs business

worst place in the world for customer service.. they dont want to work their.. and they dont even have knowledge of thew phones they sell.. and when i question the process they were using to try and help me the tall skinny black man threw me out of the store.. i will never go in that store again and i hope that mouthy man gets fired
