I stopped in to this Verizon Wireless store shopping for a new phone. I asked about discounted phone prices with 2-year contracts like Ive been used to in the past. I spoke with Tyler who straight up lied to me saying that they no longer offer two year contracts with discount pricing and that I would have to pay for the phone either in monthly installments or pay for the entire cost up front. Watch out for these guys, theyre sneaky and will lie to you to make more sales. Take your business elsewhere.

I recently ordered a phone through this Verizon. I waited 2 HOURS in the store to just place an order on my phone since it wasnt available in store. After completing that, I received an email that my order was cancelled when I never did this. They ensured that my phone would arrive and that the order was not cancelled. I called multiple times, days after my phone was supposed to be in. They didnt have any information about my phone. I ended up taking my service elsewhere. Not satisfied at all!

The customer service at this Verizon Wireless outlet is terrible. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disinterested the staff was in doing their job. Ive been there twice and on both occasions I had to wait half an hour before anyone would help me. And when they did, they didnt seem to know what they were talking about and didnt seem to care either. Their prices are also much higher than if you buy online from Verizon directly. Whatever you do, dont go here.

Went into this store to get a new SIM card since my old one is too large to fit into the new phone. I was charged $25 for the SIM card and was offered no help on activating it at all. I am now trying to get it activated on Verizons web site and what do I see? SIM cards are FREE if you order it direct from Verizon. Nothing about this store lead me to believe I was dealing with someone other than a Verizon employee. Ripped off and pissed off will not be going back.

Tyler, the store manager lied on multiple fronts. Thats putting it lightly. When i called customer service to check what he had told me, 90% were lies. Regardless of what Google says, this is not an actual verizon store but a Z Wireless contractor of theirs. Horrible experience and took way too long. Go to an actual Verizon store. I wish I could give this 0 stars. That store needs a new manager.

This is the worst store to deal with. Tyler Rasho has to be the most awful manager to deal with and gives 0 help. You also cannot even call through to the store because the mailbox has been full for 2 months.

DO NOT SHOP AT VERIZON RETAILERS. Make certain you go to a corporate store. Retailers such as this location are complete scams and not affiliated with the real verizon plans.
