I have had just about every cell service that exist and I have to say that Verizon Wireless was the most absolute worse. They lied to me about the phone I wanted to buy so that they could sell me a LG phone with similar features and it was the junkiest phone that I have ever had the missfortion of trying to use. A week after I bought it I saw tv commercials on Verison selling 2 for 1 of the phone that I wanted to buy in the first place and was told that they didnt make/sell them anymore. When I later asked them why I was lied to all they could say was "I dont know why he told you that". That was supposed to make it right? They had different employees working there every day so that I could not go back and talk to the same person. All that they would do is send me a different replacement phone because I had paid extra for the service/protection plan. I later found out that the replacement phone wasnt new. It was another phone that didnt work for someone else and they returned. I sent several phones back to them and each one that they sent to me was worse than the one before. Everything that was done to make it better only made it worse. I lost all of my pics and vids. including baby puppy videos. After wasting hours, days , weeks and months to only have a junk ohone that wouldnt work, my only option was to pay out of the contract so that I could buy a phone that actually worked from another company. I make up none of this and this is only the cliff note version. The experience was a complete nightmare.

My son is a student at UCF and could not go with the family when we all switched from TMobile to Verizon in our home town. He went to this Verizon Cellular Sales store on Lee Vista Blvd. The sales person my son worked with to get his phone set up took his old phone and sent it in to the Verizon recycling center. The problem? Now we cant submit the phone ourselves to get the credit to our account. And since we cant do that, we cannot fill out rebate paperwork for the $274 balance at TMobile. My husband spent two hours on the phone with Verizon yesterday and also 2.5 hours today (the operational inefficiencies at Verizon Customer Service are another story), and was finally told we were out of luck but this store had taken my sons old phone from him and turned it in RATHER THAN FOLLOWING THE PROPER PROCEDURE. Why are we getting screwed for YOUR EMPLOYEEs MISTAKE??? Stay away from the Verizon franchise cellular sales stores and go directly to the Verizon corporate stores.

I was assisted by Nate. Normally I avoid in-person customer service; like most people, I prefer to do as much as possible online or remotely. Nate reminded me what the value of such experience can be. Extremely patient, friendly but not overbearing, attentive to detail, thorough, not concerned about time, even though he was assisting me at the end of a long work day. He helped me to port my phone number and ensured and triple checked that my number ported correctly, went over each detail of contract, verified that there are no additional lines or charges, went as far as asking me if I brought the screen cover for my phone so he could help me to put it on the screen of my new device, and even showed me how to get the employee discount from my workplace. The company is lucky to have an employee like him and Im very grateful for his time and kindness.

The level of service I received from Jamie was exceptional. Being in the customer service business with high expectations myself, I was very pleased to receive the service provided by Jamie. I liked the fact he listened to me regarding the issues Ive experienced in the past with battery issues and shared the research hed done on various phones. I purchased the phone he used based on his research and knowledge and have been pleased every since! I especially appreciated his patience and how after purchasing my HTC One over a year ago; Jaime is still readily available and promptly assists with any questions or concerns I have. Kudos to the professional serve and wealth of knowledge I received from Jaime!!

What an experience ... in a really nice way. Ive never met a person who enjoys going to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or the like and I cant say that I do either; however, out of all the times Ive had to make the dreaded trip to my cell phone provider - this was by far the best. The staff is great. They exceed expectations, from making sure youre taking advantage of the current promotions, to applying discounts you may qualify for - even when you walk into the store 15 minutes before close. A phone is a phone. Cell service is cell service. But this team is by far the highest quality, customer service oriented staff around. I dont know why anyone would bother going anywhere else!

After having the last horrible experience I could with another cell phone provider, I was ready to move onto a company that wouldnt cause me so many headaches. My wife and I walked into this store on 12/31/2015 full of hope and ready to move on to a company that wouldnt put our needs last. The whole staff was super helpful with our experience, from silly questions to what our next steps needed to be. They didnt try to force us into a package that our family didnt need. They gave us everything we needed and wanted. We are super happy that we choose this store, with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. We would recommend this store and Verizon to anyone.

To go above and beyond is quite an understatement! What a great team this store has - for 3 years, these folks have been taking care of my phone needs. Today, I went in for a new phone. Gabriel talked me through all phones with his personal experiences. After purchasing, a few hours later I realized it was not the phone for my specific needs. I came back and was able to get the iPhone 7 instead with easy paperwork, all within the same day! **Great personable staff who will always talk to you in an easy-to-understand manner. **I was able to trade-in my old/original phone to help cover a small portion of overall cost. Thanks yall for everything!

When they are busy.... They have a hard time acknowleding you. ALWAYS acknowledge when we first enter so they dont feel ignored.... especially is there is a wait... I always have to wait 45 mins... Then this guy wantwd to charge me for a sim card after the other gentlemen told me it was free... I had to go even longer without a phobe because i wasnt paying after i waa told it was free.... He said sim cards are accessories..... Uhh cant my phone function all the way without it?? So how is it an accessory? He didnt bothing contacting the gentleman who turned out to be a manager or somethibg so had to come whe. He waa there

Well i assume it takes an hour to buy a phone here or change the contract, probably more???.. You see the way i see it is that if you are 18 or 19 you may have the time to wait 25mins just to stand there but im 55 and my pension was rapidly approaching when i left, as after 25 mins not one damn was given if i stood there or not. This store is near my home and really it has always been far from stellar. Customer for 15 years and they still SUCK. Sadly they just have the coverage. Recommend this store ,one word NOT. Third time i have had to walk out as REALLY im growing damned old waiting for service.??
