The woman working today is rude as hell!!!! I took my son in to get a new phone because his doesnt work the way its supposed to. He pays for a protection plan every month and is eligible for an upgrade. The lady looked at his phone and tried to say that his internet only works once in awhile because he had the settings wrong. He told her no, hes been having the same issue for weeks now. I said can you please just either use his protection plan or upgrade him. He just wants a new phone. She said "Id rather not and send you to a different store with your smart ass mouth." My son turned around and said come on mom, lets leave. The associate said "get on out of her with your raggedy ass." I told her not to talk to my son that way and she flipped me off. I called metro pcs and they told me that theyve gotten a lot of complaints from this lady. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy. This woman definitely doesnt have the first clue as to how to deal with the public!
